the Ground battles are actually based on DB: Revenge of King Piccolo video game for the Wii. I like how the creators recreate and brought back some memories for the Wii players out there who played DBZ kakarot recently.

@@ReiGunJ yeah because the game has the same features. Ground battles was nostalgic but harder than Tenkaichi Budokai 3 featured for real. PS: that game (Revenge of King Piccolo) was really old now. but at least if the Wii controller would have been worked with new batteries.

what we got was dragon ball kakarot? the Z was in the title for no reason, it also skipped its way to the saiyan saga of dragon ball, a lot of games do that for some reason

They skip to the saiyan saga because it’s the most popular part of the series. I wish more games covered OG DB (hopefully sparking zero will to an extent), but I really appreciate Kakarot for including an arc from before the saiyan saga

At 8:01 king piccolo can still talk cuz you didn't even hit his esophagus, you hit his abdomen. And i hate to be that guy but the vocal cords are located on the larynx so EVEN if goku had destroyed king piccolo's esophagus he could still talk. anyways great vid :)

Yea I actualy skipped on kakarot because it was z. I knew it was gona be a pass for me because z does not work as a rpg. A dragonball game is much difrent as it's mostly adventure game so it would work. They already have the base game so I hope the sequal is actually kid goku game
