Indeed "He didn't burn" Tanjiro and Yoriichi are both immortal to the sun. Tanjiro ate the blue spider lilies (all of them) Yoriichi made the Sun Breathing style. And yet Yoriichi won't be able to win anyways. Lets head it out for what I shall dub, "The Eternal Battle." First off, Demon Tanjiro literally can't die (only reason why he got weakened was because of Kanao almost dying by giving Tanjiro the Tamayo cure.) due to not only having eaten the blue spider lilies, he has also mastered the Hinokami Kagura 1st to 12th forms (a lesser variant of the Sun Breathing technique) and in this timeline he completely mastered the art of performing the 13th form. In this case nothing can actually hurt him and the only thing that can remotely kill him is if he gets decapitated by a Nichirin Sword. However, since all Nichirin blades work by absorbing the sunlight, then this means that all Nichirin Blades (including the one Yoriichi uses) would be comparable to normal Katanas at this point. Yoriichi is self explanatory for the Eternal Battle.

We all know that in reality such a fight would end in a short time with Yorichii's overwhelming victory. His human form alone would be enough to crush the whole verse, taking into a count that in this alternative history he is the king of demons and has most of the strongest demons on his side, whichever way you want to look at it he would have won instantly, the hashiras together with Kokushibo and Tanjiro in demonic version wouldn't even have the hope of lasting until dawn

If he becomes a demon, he probably have six arms as his demon awakening form.

"He didn't burn" Possibly the greatest and the worst timing and plot twist in this series. Just seeing that alone yourself and hearing that word is either confusion or you can say "We're doomed" Either that Yoriichii finally did change after his miserable life ending but spared bringing back his old compassion, or the worst case scenario, his demonic urges shows it as an opportunity to strike back once again killing all of the Hashiras while Tanjiro just burns.

Bro although Yoriichi would still clap, They'd have access to WW1 to Inter War Era Technology and they'd be able to cut down demons by the hundreds using their machine guns and bolt action rifles. Simply speaking, all demons except for the upper ranks and lower ranks here are just mere cannon fodder now. Yoriichi still claps but the thousands of demons are not as vital as you consider them to be.

Day 1 of asking for What If Kaigaku Never Existed HEAR ME OUT HERE. Without him, a lot of things won’t happen, like Gyokko wouldn’t be a demon slayer, Kanae, Shinobu, and Kanao wouldn’t exist (and the butterfly mansion would be disbanded) and Zenitsu would never grow up from his crybaby-like nature, etc. There are a LOT of ways it could turn out! Like: Maybe Zenitsu went to the final selection at a different time since Kaigaku didn’t need training time. Or, if he did, would he survive the Mount Natagumo arc?
