This is incorrect. If you are in the US, you will likely be on a health insurance. Your out of pocket insurance will be 6k to 8k usd even though the total bill will be much higher

It's very expensive ( hospital charges bahut hai bhai almost $40,000) and tax obligation . Dnt do it. One of my uncle did it 20 years ago. Tax obligation bothers a lot when the child turns 18 and later it becomes tax fraud. Its easy to go for study later than born there is a hassle and legal things.
