I never wash my face, that is, unless when I shower. But I don't actively wash it, but shampoo and water runs over it. I have better facial skin than many people lol
*Whenver I wash my face I get acne and dry skin.* 0-0 e: especially w/ cleanser e2: Yeh, washed and now I have red face/acje bumps. I cant wear makeup or moisturize or wash my face. I have clear skin if I dont do anything to my skin.
For me the best thing for skin care is using rinse products in the shower like get out of the shower for a few seconds and wash your hands first gently dab them on and then go in the shower after it’s rinsed out use a bar of soap on your body I would say 3-4 times a week for the shower routine and a slight smaller version every now and then
I wash my face Two Times a day. My face has a pretty Big problem with pimples, and despite using speciall products almost daily, My face does little progress. Maybe its because Im going through puberty, but my friends have an almost perfect skin compared to mine :(
Well today i saw a young lady with the most beautiful skin I have ever seen in my life of 70 yrs. Upon asking her what products she used on her face e, she said I don't use any , don't ever wash my face ! Now , i had acne for over50yrs , washed my faced at least 3 x a day and it got worse and worse. My son started to have acne and what saved him was never using a bar soap on his face .. only water and his acne disappeared quickly . so your logic does not work for every one. thanks !
Its true. I washed my face with water all my life and had flawless skin. A few months ago however I badly messed up my skin and got contact dermatitis. I read online in some forums that if I don’t wash my face at all not even with water it would heal quicker. So for like 2 weeks I didn’t wash my face at all not even water and since doing this my entire face and scalp has turned into a greasy oily mess it feels disgusting. I wish I sticked to just washing with water instead of doing that nonsense. Now I have permanently ruined my face 😭 I’ve tired just washing with water and also skincare routines but there is no change unfortunately.
I'm a Muslim so I usually wash my face at least 5 times daily. In some odd days I'd go less if I don't have access to water. But otherwise it has to be 5 or more
It is easy to say don't touch your face, harder to do. I saw another post recently that said we touch our face subconsciously 20 times per hour. Hard to stop that totally. I keep hand sanitiser on hand to reduce the risk of contamination when I do touch my face.
