Sir, now instead preventive action, risk management was included in iso 9001 2015. But still in 8D preventive action available. No change. It is doubt for me. Kindly reply

Hi Nanjappan, 8D methodology is used to take action on any known issues (in house or customer). But risk management is a proactive approach to find the improvement actions based on current risk in respective department (applicable for all depts). It is also one of the IATF requirement. Risk management video will come soon in our channel.
