“Per fire code every chimney cleaning is supposed to come with an inspection” Rubbish. This is absolutely not the case and I don’t know where you got your false information.

It's a chimney installer's tool, not a chimney sweep tool. It's not like the chimney is going to change geometry during its lifetime
