What is a client? What is a server?
Many (but not all) online interactions can be described as being between aclient and a server. And although internet-connected computers can play both roles, many function either largely as a client (like your smartphone) or a server (like a computer in a data center). Let’s explore this terminology a bit and nail down exactly what’s expected of servers and clients online.
