Dear mike, As a part of scope management ->, collect requirement -> then make the RTM -> then define the scope statement document, but I don't where does the SRS fit in, is the SRS and RTM same, my project is an online delivery app in python, do I only have RTM or SRS? please guide me with your expertise mike.thank you

Let's start by decoding the jargon of your acronyms for other readers: RTM: Requirements Traceability Matrix Charts the relationship between requirements and their test results SRS: Software Requirements Specification Sets out the software requirements Both are used in the software industry, althought you can apply the RTM tool more widely. So, in a software project, in the flow you described, the SRS is the immediate output from 'collect requirements'. You then create your RTM to link each requirement to the tests you will apply, and leave space for the test results and any commentary or future actions. Please note, however, that software development is a long way from my core expertise.
