Thank you! This is my first cycle testing LH and even though I tested 2-3 times a day my surge only rose to 0.75 before returning to baseline. I was worried I hadn't ovulated but hearing you say that you've seen ovulation with 0.5-0.6 makes me feel better!

Thank you so much for this video. I'm new to tracking my cycle - this is my second cycle tracking after I got my IUD removed. I've been so worried because last cycle I didn't get a peak according to the app. My highest number was 0.69 and this cycle my peak number is 0.51.

You are quite welcome. A low-level peak is not uncommon. But, in cases like this, I encourage you to also track basal body temperature (BBT) and cervical mucus. May every day bring you closer to the little bundle of joy you’re hoping for.

How do I know if I'm ovulating? According to the app, my “peak” was 1.06. How would I know if I had actually ovulated?
@premomfertility
@premomfertility 28 дней назад
Hi there, To confirm ovulation, monitor your basal body temperature for a sustained rise, observe changes in cervical mucus to a clear, slippery consistency, use ovulation predictor kits to detect hormone surges, and be aware of potential ovulation symptoms like mild pelvic discomfort. Consulting your healthcare provider for guidance can also provide clarity. Good luck!

What if I never get a peak
@premomfertility

Hello, If you haven't seen a peak yet, keep monitoring your cycle. Peaks might be missed due to various reasons. Everyone's peak is different. Consider speaking to a healthcare provider for guidance. Good luck!

I got a 10.0 on premom and a 0.28 on easy at home strips and they are both saying low but look almost as dark as the control line

Dear Lisa, if you find the result is not properly read by the app, you can swipe to the left on the photo and tap the edit icon to adjust the intensity of the T and C line to how it appears in person. You can also contact us via the app by tapping the profile icon and the Support Tab.

Hi, I got a peak of 0.2 and I usually have regular menstrual cycle of 28 days. For this month, I am on day 33 still neither got my period nor a positive pregnancy test. What should be my next step?
@premomfertility
@premomfertility 7 месяцев назад
0.2 should be considered low. It is not uncommon that period is late. If you haven't received your period and have not yet tested positive for pregnancy, it is recommended to test every other day with FMU. Good luck to you😊

I have 1.33 high result this afternoon it doesn't say peak in means that's not my peak yet?
@premomfertility
@premomfertility 2 месяца назад
When your test results show high, it means you are very close to your LH peak. Please test twice a day to avoid missing your LH peak. Please note that within 24-36 hours of LH peak, you may ovulate, and having sexual intercourse during this period will greatly increase your chances of pregnancy. Good luck to you!🤞🤞🤞

hi, i had an irregular cycle last month which was 52 days, Not sure when i will ovulate this month! can you help?
@premomfertility
@premomfertility 10 месяцев назад
Predicting ovulation is difficult with a 52-day irregular cycle last month. Tracking temperature, cervical mucus, using ovulation kits, or consulting a professional can provide estimates, but irregular cycles make it less predictable. Good luck to you!

In my Lh test, the test line was not as dark as the control line. Did I ovulated? PLz reply
@premomfertility
@premomfertility Год назад
The standard cutoff level in the app for a high/peak result is a T/C ratio of 0.8 or above since most women will surge and peak with a T/C ratio of 0.8 or above. However, it is definitely possible to peak below 0.8 and still ovulate.

Mine is alway 0.52 at peak and the next day it drops to 0.13 or less. Does it mean i still ovulate correctly and can concieve. I had detailed uters scan which confirms no PCOS no endemeritosis still i stuggule to concieve.

Your cervical mucus changes seem normal, indicating you're likely ovulating. However, even if everything seems fine, it doesn't guarantee pregnancy. If you're struggling to conceive, it's best to see a fertility specialist for a thorough evaluation and advice on how to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

@janki1413 11 месяцев назад
@premomfertility thank you for your reply. I am seeing fertility specialist who says there is no reason i cant concieve. I was only worried about easy at home test showing me my peak numbers 0.52 . Is that normal? Bos some women have their peak number 1.40 or more but i dont.

Hi, ovulating on cycle day 20 in a 30-day cycle is generally considered normal. The timing of ovulation can vary among individuals and cycles.
