I have a pain in my high shoulder lower neck that will not go away!! It's been weeks! I think I slept in 1 position with my arm extended and my head was on my shoulder all night but it's not getting any better? Any suggestions?? Thanks so much!!
I like how you say nobody is really sure what it is, cause I think that’s the truth. Lots of vague hand wavy stuff when I research it. The true fundamental mechanics are still a true mystery in my opinion
Im on diclofenac everyday, not sure why i keep getting this. I have had it before in my life but max 10 times. Now it seems to be every other day. I have a pretty high pain threshold but yesterday i almost passed out the pain was that bad. Not sure why or what i should do it's getting really frustrating now and interfering with my everyday life which isn't great in general but i have a toddler who depends on me :(
I understand how frustrating that can be. I recommend you find a good spinal health specialist in your area (chiropractor or physical therapist). Most likely you will need someone to teach you how to maintain better neck posture or how to properly strengthen your neck. You need a diagnosis though and a plan to make improvements.
Beautiful explanation so simple and useful things I always knew I watched many neck videos before this I used to have a really tense neck for like three four years I could not move it properly chiropractor fixed it with needles dry needling and some adjustments in may 2021 saved my life. It's like Google listening to me ofc 😉 My nek been bad using the new tablet without a stand so yeah good to know
I had TLIF surgery a month ago. 6 screws were placed in my lower back and recovery has been going great up until 5 days ago. I have been waking up with a kink in my neck so painful I can feel it inside my ear. I dread waking up now. Could it be because of my surgery? I dont think its my sleeping position.
