Hey John, great vid! I was wondering ... what would you say for someone starting out, would you recommend getting all the legal stuff first or do the work and until you have the funds then do the legal stuff after... any thoughts? Thank You!
Hi John we are starting an LLC and the parent company is doing all the paperwork. My question is since they bought this business from another owner and now I am going to be running it, plus I bought 20% of the business does this LLC owe the parent company? How are the profits done? Please help thank you
+Kaycee Maullbrooks I would say yes. But it's all up to you. A lot of people set their businesses up in a different state, such as Delaware or Nevada. Once again it all depends on your situation. I'd recommend reviewing your options with a lawyer. Here's a link to a few online: bit.ly/Ask-A-Lawyer
@@johnxsantos pls I have a plan to start a clothing line business online and I choose to make Amazon products retailers. Should I go for wholesale license or LLC lisence?.
Hey John, I have an LLC in PA and want to do business in NY. Can I do a DBA in NY with my PA LLC instead of doing a Foreign LLC? I ask because NY has the stupidest rules for LLC's. You have to advertise in a newspaper for 6 weeks in order to have an LLC.
That is what i been looking for John. Thank you very much! One question for you. I am in Colorado and thinking setup a business in Jacksonville, Florida. Do I file the LLC from Colorado?
Im still a beginner myself so dont take what i say in stone, but through my research, i seen something like you would have to file a “foreign” LLC or something like that when starting a company in a different state.
What are the best states to do business in? I currently reside in Colorado and debating on relocating to Texas or Arizona. May even consider Nevada as well.
Not you guys too! Haha jk aren't you Guy's already making millions on that pretty lil lady and the funny entertaining stuff ya'll do? Good stuff much respect.
