Yearly salary in California for CRNA ~ 227.000$ Yearly salary in Germany for a nurse working in anesthesia department and doing the exact same thing ~ 43.000€ 🤓

in my country, After graduating in degree, you need to work in hospital for at least 2 years to get experience as a registered nurse (RN).. then continue in master level for your specialist in anaesthesist in master for a year...

Most programs require at least 1 year of ICU experience, though some accept ER experience.
