Wow! 💯I actually had a shift when you asked: What kind of people get in car accidents. We think it is the drunk distracted horrible evil type of people...then you said..the kind of people who get into car accidents are ..... wait for it...."People who get into cars!!!" Wow! I mean....Sigh! How true is that...all true! It also helps to curve the judgemental "ego" that will always exist in our minds, and brings things into realistic perspective. I have bookmarked this vid..💚.as well as so many others. They all help me when I feel upset and unbalance or too emotional due to "life stuff." And at the moment the whole world is experiencing Covid pandemic.😷..so...UGH! Life stuff big time! 🇨🇦
Responsibility is for ourselves. But blaming the one who made mistake is also good. You wake them to tell them to be responsible. Blaming is wrong only if you blame the person who didn't do anything wrong.
@@thefourthreich2039 but you aren't correct. My husband is beyond lazy and blames me for anything. He did the same to our children. He can't face many things and acts like the bully to get his way.
lol such a great and easy explanation. I'm like a self-made psychologist, and I always accuse people of paradigm-shifting. They don't want to talk to me anymore because in their eyes I'm overanalyzing everything. 😄 But this was great.
If i will be his student I would love to attend his class for the whole day 😍. Thank you so much sir for this information. I gotta go and answer my answer sheets 😁
Hello Dr. Would it be appropriate to consider a paradigm as a schema? Secondly, might Scott Peck actually suggest to change our paradigm (or schema) in his book (to accept the life as difficult) Thanks
Dr. Paul, the morning routine for the past months has been to select one of your vids (several bookmarked) to listen to so to set the "tone" of the day; after making the bed first though 😉 😀 (aka; one of your strategies taught in another vid) 👍 💛 🌈 💚 🇨🇦. This fine morning the pick of the lot is this one. ⭐️ Hope you have a positive day Dr. Paul 🌟☀️🇨🇦
I will never say why not me because I refuse to continue in opening doors of negativity. However, I say okay this is not fair nor right so let me rectify the situation.
I am honored by your comment, Kamran Zia. Thank you. I have a feeling you might be interested in reading my book as well. I'm giving away "Pathological Positivity" for free, if you just pay for the shipping. If that sounds interesting to you, please go here to get the book: drpauljenkins.info/freebook
I do get tired of people saying anyone acknowledging that they’ve gone through some shit is acting like a victim. Some people are. Sometimes things aren’t your fault.
Q, you are right, sometimes things aren't our fault, they just happen to us through no fault of our own. We are victims, we just don't want to stay in that role forever.
@@LiveOnPurposeTV Yeah, that part of the video rubbed me the wrong way but thank you for clarifying that here. Helps with the perspective that you are coming from.
