I’ve done it that way before myself, year before last I bought a cheap 3/4” would bit for my drill, and I’ve been pulling cores out that way. I was considerably cheaper than the probe, and easier than using a shovel/spade.
I didn’t know how the soil test was done. Good info. Beautiful view from your field. Always a good thing to save those dollars on fertilizer! It’s very expensive. Thanks for this video.
