This was helpful I’m in a group at work and threw some ideas out about making a Womens circle but don’t know how to start and engage people . Do I pick a topic ? Im an over thinker 😅 any help would help lol
TRUST your intuition. Less structure = more space for flow. Have a loose structure, but in my experience, over-scheduling within the circle made it feel less open for deep shares and space holding, and I would over-plan things in order to make it GREAT, but it was always the circles with less planning that made it BEAUTIFUL. You can pick topics, and have some different exercises, prompts for reflection and shares, or you can just have circles where women share simply what's on their hearts and minds. Whatever you feel guided to do, there's no wrong way!
