The lower esophageal sphincter is a ring of muscle located at the entrance to your stomach. When food flows through the LES, it typically closes. Acid produced by your stomach may rise into your esophagus if the LES doesn't completely close or opens too frequently. Heartburn, a searing chest discomfort, is a symptom that may result from this. #animation #shorts #acidreflux #heartburn

In the past mercury was forced into the teeth of the people in the country where I happened to live. This part of my stomach was a big ulcer. I vomited blood every day and the so called health care told me I was going to die. I asked to have the poison removed, but they refused. Telling mercury was healthy and was an important trace mineral. But I was stubborn and had the poison removed anyway. It took some years to heal. But the hair didn't grow back and I am not alone. Have met others in the same situation.

Haven't figured out what causes acid reflux per se, I noticed that I only had it when I also had other issues. Now that I feel well, the reflux went away (except maybe when I would down some supplements right before going to bed while lying down, temporarily). One other issue at that time was massive constipation, and I ate a red meat carnivore diet. So too much iron, too little phosphorus maybe. Yes: Relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and constipation: laxative use is common in GERD patients, 2020

Whoever have this, should have a gastroscopy. Stomach liquid errode our stomach and esophagus and if this goes for a long time , by the end, it develop cancer. And we die😂☠️

Don't eat too much at one time. Eat small amounts, don't rush. Reduce portion size. It should improve, give it time. Don't eat too late at night. Allow a couple of hours for food to settle before going to bed. There are tablets you can get at your pharmacy. If nothing else helps, see your doctor.

Acid reflexion/ refluxzation which means stomach blotting when tight motion extractions ie urine reverse reacting to our head ways ie pitham thalai erri pithapai errors 😑 urine not passes by urinary bladders so in such cases our eyes ,nose throat, lungs stomach all getting or gets damage because of reverse urine pumping system this happens only when water level goes down but not at all times😶‍🌫️🫣

Prevent drinking too much water. I used to have this issue. Best is do not seat for a long period after dinner. Im sure someone people might have a more serious issue. Consult a doctor, please.

@@mohdibrahim7710 thyroid can be caused by: iodine deficiency. autoimmune diseases - when your immune system attacks your thyroid - such as Graves' disease or Hashimoto's disease. inflammation (thyroiditis), which may or may not cause pain.

I have this too... I know not to eat late at night (at least 2-3 hours before lying down), calcium can help, in the form of carbonate pills, milk, any dairy like cheese, and be careful to sleep with your head higher than the rest of your body (make the head of your bed higher with books etc).
