Thank you, love your videos, but i want to say that adhd medicines don't cure adhd. They are just stimulants and are habit forming and lose their effect in long run, so dosage has to keep on increasing and they also lead to depression in many many cases. So ayurvedic medicines are much better and without side effects for adhd, along with ot , yoga and pranayama and excercise
