@@DS-Pakaemon it's was a marketing class. We had to find the issue Sony faces and how they can resolve them. I love Sony but, they really suck at marketing. At least internationally. Their biggest seller is the Playstation. Other than that, they have done nothing competitive to keep up with the times. Panasonic which is local competition has formed partnerships, had acquisition, and worked on their weaknesses. Pretty much Sony really neads to strongly evaluate their SWOT analysis. Also look into partnerships and acquisitions

Even though they are developed country, but their currency is weak means that they have also a volatile currency and stock market too, asia stock market base was japan, hongkong and china (although hongkong is part of china), few months ago they are weaking, and affects other asian country including south korea, although the currency is stable. And in 2008 despite indonesia has a weaker currency than south korea, indonesia is 1 of 10 countries that are survive devastating "global economy crisis" in which south korea did not survive, in term of debt also, korea debt is bigger than indonesia or thailand or even russia, which means, more volatile economy. Politically, south korea is also in not good shape either, like still pushing japan to make an apologize for korea "comfort woman" or problem with NK, and others make them so hard to stay steady/balance.
