great...greatest rock band, except that.. ..Moon was faster than bonham---->far more unpredictible (especilly on the tin), and more inventive with ad-lib pacing. know what else?...townsend was far, FAR more a prolific songwriter....meaning that the vast majority of The Who's compilations, although not as expansive in sheer discograpghy as Zep's, was penned by a sole man, pete....not page-plant, page-plant-jones, page-plant bonham, et al. even if in lesser volume, all of The Who's original artist material is on par and just as good as Led's
Smoking a lot a pot and jamming to his song everyday 2023 (everybody I know seems to know me well, but they’re never going to know that I move like hell)

this band and song are way before my time. sht its the kind of music i listen to. not too many people in the pj"s rollin around playin Led Zeppelin. i aint too cool to admit i like some rock. its been rap and r&b since i was born. theres something about groups like Led, Pink Floyd and others that i can feel when listening. Dark Side Of The Moon is my all time hands down favorite album from beginning to end. im new to the world of rock so if anyone has any suggestions on songs or albums from other bands to listen to i would appreciate it a lot. Thanks. a thumbs up will notify me if you do. im not doing this to get the up vote cuz i really dont care about that stuff i just wanna learn more about the genre.
Pink Floyd is my favorite along with Zeppelin, early Aerosmith was great, etc. One band not many know of is Porcupine Tree. They have a Pink Floyd feel to some of their songs. I'm a musician so I like all kinds of music. Old country rock like The Outlaws - Green Grass and High Times, has great guitars in it. Joe Satriani, guitar no vocals. Rush is a great 3 member band. I like a lot of jazz too. Look up on RU-vid, Joe Bonamassa Official - "I'll Play The Blues For You" - Live At The Greek Theatre. I could go on all night. LOL
I'll give you three songs by three rock groups from very different genres, but they are among my favorites. Tesla: Song and Emotion Styx: Crystal Ball Iron Maiden: Two Minutes To Midnight
Sometimes it just comes back and there is no way to stop it! You remember the very first time you heard it and you just got to hear it again! What an absolute masterpiece!
