I have degenerative disc disease. How effective is this when my pain level is a 8-9/10? I currently have a spinal cord stimulator, which alleviates some of the pain but not much. Additionally, do you work on military members?
Hello - thank you for your question. We do treat military members and would just need to verify your insurance coverage. May people with high pain scores do find relief with disc replacement but there are many factors that contribute to the success of the surgery. Hi Kevin, We are located in Plano, TX. Our hospital was one of the first to perform this type of procedure in the US. The physicians have performed more than 4000 disc replacements. They are not to only ones that can perform this surgery, however, they have a significant amount of experience as compared to their peers.
