Cousins marriages isn’t the factor in this there has been researched about many other disabilities but not Autism Children can not be diagnosed with Autism and seen by profeshnioals until they are two and Half year old . Children with Autism with early help and support can live a normal life and able to achieve life goals in fact they can be very intelligent people.
