It's that understood what's BIM . I understand it's mostly used on Buildings as basic.. As a site designers like me working on civil 3D and infra works would like to know the best training centres reputed certification courses available in India. Please suggest .
@@AskRaghulan yes i was wondering all these institutes comes up with colorful brouchers , if BIM is a practice how they could teach them on a institute ! The cost were around 1.5 Lakh to 2.5 Lakhs even more somewhere. As you say the solution lies with joining a company who have BIM process.

For bim you need experience, just studying is hard to do practically in real projects. Better learn a software and join bim company as trainee and work on real projects.
hi, i am planning to do my master in bim in uk. is it a good career to choose? what are chances to get job in uk as bim modeller? since uk is one country using bim, what ur opinion in choosing this course?
Why because designing without software. Now days its not possible because on one makes a drawing in drafter. That why training institute recommend software's like autocad.revit etc..
BIM is all about documentation. see AutoCAD is not a BIM product. REVIT, Civil3D are BIM capable software which means you can expeort model day as IFC of some unversal standard format with metadata you need a BIM package such as cobie which is excel based and ecodomus, etc.. in BIM model is only upto 3D we have 4D, 5D, 6D learn bit more about it.
Bro na civil mudichitu site engineer work pandra bro ana epo na bim padikalanu iruka entha course duration evalavu bro cost evalavu bro konjam rply panuga chennai la enga padikalam athaium konjam solunga
Good information and Good work brother..Keep posting useful videos...JOB oriented advise also you can add in your upcoming session. Like for example: If you improve this skill you can find more jobs in india as well as aboard...
Bro iam working as a landscape and swimming pool designer..I know only cad and also having building execution knowledge..but iam a 2015 batch..6 yrs experience in cad only..shall I learn BIM....is BIM helpful for my career growth..??
From Qty Survey to BIM its bit of a journey, you need to learn BIM as a process and BIM enabled products such as Revit or Ecodomus. First see how BIM market in india, if it is saturated then dont waste on that now, learn your stuff fully for 2 yrs during those two years learn BIM and then find work in BIM.
Bro , i am little bit confused please give me your suggestion. Currently i am working as a Trainee structural design engineer having 1 year experience in reinforced concrete design in a small structural design firm where i am using predeveloped Excel sheets for design & drafting using autocad ( In my personal thought it's like i didn't learned anything expect drafting using autocad and stadpro analysis software, because for design i used to give inputs in excel and get output simply not using any manual design for learning purpose ), recently i have got an offer for BIM trainee position in MNC. which one is best to move on.
LOD indicates the stage at which you are in lifecycle of the project. Like creating concept design, shop drawings, construction, handover and facility management. What is needed in these levels, documentation, etc. Level is bim is implementation of bim on the whole for the project. Check the video I explained that.
Hai bro...I know autocad and revit software.now I'm in dubai .my experience is less so I could nt find any jobs.im planning to learn software like bim , Primavera and advanced revit al.which is the right place to learn in online.pls could u help me....
Nothing specific you learn bim while working. Mostly if you mechanical or plant designer or civil or architect based on your profile learn the relavent software along with bim and work in bim project. Thats the best way to learn bim
Hi Bro, great effort, in my case I am around 14 years experience in construction supervision department in UAE, if I learn BIM , whether it will be better growth carrier. And BIM Engineer is there will be opportunities for civil Engineer, apart from Architect, please advise. Thanks
Bim will be mandetory in many large scale projects in coming future, you need to know it to work in those projects. Learning something new is fun why not learn it.
Worth watching.. Bro i am civil engg diploma holder.. Im planning to study BIM.. I want ur suggestion that which are the softwares i have to study with bim as a civil engg diploma holder... Plssss help me with ur reply bro...
BIM was hot few yrs ago. Check how many jobs available for BIM in uk. Call a job consultant and talk to him about job prospects there. Also if you going to bim for infra just be cautious since infra proejcts are mostly govt funded check if there is any big development happening in your area. dont fall for flashy brochure from the uni. They might make it look good to sell it to you.
If you go for surveying you get a license and work as a surveyor and even start your own company. If you go into bim mostly you have work for some big companies.
