सर ब्रेकजर्नी का टिकट हम 500 किलोमीटर से कम पर भी ले सकते उनके लिए बस यह होना चाहिए की आप अगर दिल्ली से मथुरा आते हैं और आपको आगे भुसावल जाना है तो जिस ट्रेन में आप मथुरा तक आये हो वह भुसावल तक न जाती हो और दिल्ली से भुसावल तब चलने वाली सभी ट्रेन फुल चल रही हो तो आपको आराम से इस का फायदा उठा सकते हैं इसलिए ब्रेक जर्नी के लिए 500 किलोमीटर की दुरी की जरूरत नहीं होती.

No, for a break journey ticket you need to apply for it from PRS counter, and while applying only you have to select the break journey option in the reservation form. Thank you
Online if you want to book this ticket for 10 members, then you have to book it for two times. At one step 6 people can be booked in IRCTC and then again you can book for the next 4 people. (While doing booking for last 4 people, select the "preferred coach" option in irctc for getting all 10 seats in the same coach.) Or you can also go for the "bulk booking" option via offline counter booking. For that you have to go to the nearest major station and visit The Chief Reservation Supervisor (CRS) or shift-in-charge, who can make bulk bookings for up to 50 passengers on Indian Railways trains. Hello Uday, Break journey is not permissible only on tickets of certain trains like Rajdhani, Shatabadi, Tejas, Vande Bharat, Duronto, etc. which have separate fare structure on point-to-point basis. Except that in all mail or express trains you can avail the break journey in sleeper as well as AC coaches. For more confirmation you can download the "Rail Madad" app and raise a query by chat, mail or call. You will get exact info and if required you can mention the station name with the date and time where they have refused to provide you the break journey ticket. If there is some misunderstanding from the railway counter PRS side, then they will resolve it and surely provide you the solution. And if there is a mistake in selecting of train category from you side, then you can go for some other alternate train and try again. Hope this will help you. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Sir I tried onward journey ticket in AC Chair Car then they told that Telescopic fare concession is applicable only for 2S and SL classces and NOT for any AC class as it has GST
Hi Sowrabh, As per railway rules nowhere it's mentioned that break journey cannot be availed in AC class booking. As per rule "Break journey is not permissible only on the tickets of certain trains like Rajdhani Express, Shatabdi Express, Vande Bharat etc. which have a separate all inclusive fare structure on point-to-point basis." So just put a mail, chat or call in "Rail Madad" and check it once again. Don't blindly believe in what the counter ticket booking person says. Just cross check it from the centralized calling center. And if the info is wrong, you can also take action via rail madad app on the respective railway staff. Thank you 😊👍🏼

I saw this with my own eyes, when I managed to find a patient clerk who was ready to try it for me. So, onward journey, break journey and circular journey tickets are no longer possible on upper classes, i.e, only 2S, SL are allowed

From m Hyderabad to Varanasi you have plenty of trains. You have duronto also. And danapur superfast. These are direct trains and it takes approximately 28 to 30 hours from Hyderabad to Varanasi. And for places to Visit in varanasi you can go to Manakarnika ghaat, Sarnath, Banaras ghaat, Assi ghaat, Dashaswamedh ghaat and many more beautiful temples all around with holy Ganga river flowing from every part of the city😊👍

Break journey aur normal ticket k travel rules same hi hai... Agar train cancel hota hai to aap amount refund le sakte hai but apko koi alternate train me confirm seat allotment nahi hoga... Apko koi next train jisme seat hai, usme TC ko request kar sakte hai. If possible they will allow you to proceed on that train.. Thank you 👍🏼
can we do this as loop journey like you mentioned . bengalore to vijaywada then mumbai but what if i want to go bengalore to mumbai 1st journey and return journey or second journey inside 48 hours mumbai to bengalore ? is it possible? will it be considered as Break Journey?
Break journey should have a defined route with a halting station in between (without repetition of the same station or return route) So the return journey between Bangalore and Mumbai cannot be done with the break journey procedure. Thank you 😊👍🏼
No, you cannot have additional people in your second lap of the journey. Because the entire ticket is prepared for the full route with a fixed number of passengers as mentioned by you initially during booking.
Hello Girendra ji, If you have a normal ticket and suddenly if the train get cancelled, then what you will do? Same thing is applied for CJT also 😌 In case of cancellation you can check alternative train and travel with general ticket in unreserved coaches, or in SL coach if reservation seats are available, or via current booking if there is any possibility of getting a seat after charting is done.
