Hi I know this has nothing to do with the video but 5 or 6 weeks ago basically month ago hit my head and been feeling lightheaded and dizzy ever since. Can it be bleeding on brain or would I have been in hospital when it happened or something.

I say to my patients that "Do your exercises 3 times in a day." And they do. Muscles should be more stronger. Because burden of all body should be carry by muscles more. Not by spine. This is main purpose. And when your muscles are stronger, your spine will be protected. Just listen your physical therapist. Trust him. Be disciplined. Do your exercises regularly. Hijama cupping, traction, dryneedling, myofascial release techniques, massage, mobilisation,.. they are good for arthritis too. Dont your lose hope 😊 As I said listen your physical therapist and do he says. You will be better 😊

This is so me. Last 4 months can’t sleep on back or sides without extreme hip pain or back pain waking me up. Only 2 hrs sleep a night even on Norco and use of vulteran gel. I’m couch bound. I don’t move alot. That’s what caused this I’m sure.

Trendellenberg walk I do this have hip dysplasia I attribute it to the hip being further out of the joint than where it should be due to too much inflammation as I take my tablets once a week since lock down

Hi Bob and Brad, I am going to see my doctor ASAP. However, in the meantime, will these stretches help me with wearing a duty belt?. I am a cop, I walked 16+ km yesterday and thought my hips were going to explode from pressure/locking and pain. The moment I stopped and leaned against a wall, the pressure instantly subsided. I am very concerned.

Hi. I can not lift my left leg from a sittting chair position, also if i bend as though im touching my toes my hip feels like it dislocates slightly. Its painful and i have to stand up slowly for it to click back in. What could this be??
Oh, I always thought bursitis has to do with burst something or other. Like maybe a sac that burst. I didn't know there's a thing called the bursa & that's where the name comes from.
What kind of pain? Would it be constant? An ache, a shooting pain, etc....I've had a brief shooting pain in the side of my hip twice this week. Once getting out of bed, and once getting up after sitting on the couch for too long.

Thank you for these videos. I went to two drs and they couldn't figure out why I've been in pain. They wanted to send me to a 3rd dr, but he was a surgeon. Think I've finally found out what the issue might be. I've been in pain for over a year now and I've been doing the exercises/stretches you suggested and the pain is getting manageable. Thank you!
Bob and Brad, I've watched many of your hip pain vids. I've tried some of your suggested exercises. Not having received a vaccination yet, I have hesitated to consult my PCP. Your vids are very good, but I'm no closer to self-diagnosing my hip pain. It continues to get worse. Hope I can get vaccinated before the grass grows over me.
I’m with you - putting off a consultation until I get vaccinated. Until then, have been binge watching Bob and Brad videos and doing tons of the stretching and strengthening that they recommend - at least to the extent that I can.
