Here's why your iPhone is restarting every 3 minutes.
It could be a parts issue. Let’s learn to read the panic log, so you can quickly diagnose the issue & solve it.
Each model will have required flex cables that need to be plugged in, so it doesn’t randomly restart. Or reboot every 3 minutes.
You can find the panic log at: Settings - Privacy & Security - Analytics & Improvements - Analytics Data - and look for the files starting with panic-full….

greeting at minute 3:54 you say to check if something is open. So my normal iPhone 11 fell and the flashlight was damaged, so what exactly should I change the power connector or check the points of the board that it joins? You say in your sheet that in the (ip 11 only) sandwich issue) then what really fails is the motherboard and not the power button flex?

Did you review the panic log & look for the "Missing sensors: " section? Or try using the panic log analzyer? Or try copying the panic log to the panicfull.com site as shown in the video?

Sadly I’m in Canada. But what would you do in this situation? My phone turns off after 2 min 48 sec. So it’s unable to recover the data. I took it to a shop and they weren’t able to help me

I had to get an entirely new phone because an update corrupted my old one into doing this, and the logs began to eat my storage because by the time I got it replaced, there were THOUSANDS of panic logs accrued in just THREE MONTHS.

panic logs are tiny file sizes. i would be surprised if they actually caused the issue. more likely some other issue caused the problems. although most of these issues are repairable.
