Suddenly, everything is called offence, even when voluntary drinking or consensual relationship or failed relationship or casual relationship with over expection from one party but later suffers from bout of guilt. This toxication concept, when voluntary, need refinement, like what is interpreted in foreign countries, fully unconscious, drink but able to make judgement because even in drunk driving cases, if alcohol is beyond limit, it is put as offence. There are person, who drink every day and then engage in act, eg. New year eve, it will be surprising if that is put under offence or a prostitute, who is drunk but is engaging in profession for whatever reason. Come marital rape, in every case, where couple drink beforehand for pleasure or sleep, or ones wife on sedatives for sleep ,anxiety, depression-one will be prosecuted for unequivocal consent on mere words which will sound absurd. If made gender neutral, the results will remain same.

Rape law me ghatiya tareeke se define kiya gaya hai. And investigation ya proove sirf woman ke rone dhone se saabit hotaa hai. Vo to surpankha bhi roti thi. Simple logic ye hai ki. Woman can't complain of getting little push in bar or club, where everyone is drinking.
