On point as always. I spoke to your team last year about starting my journey albeit managed as I’m abroad and they were super helpful indeed , because of other ventures it’s very temp on hold but I’ll be in touch again very soon indeed. So in summary. You are effectively going to investors saying 'so I've found this property, I've had a look and looks like it can be refurbished and sold for x profit. They will accept an offer of x. I would just like 5k on exchange for you to take this over' is that right ?

How do you acquire a property which you plan to sublet? And Is subletting illegal if the landlord knows? I’m find estate agents will not give you the property if they know you are going to sublet

Can somebody explain to me this Deal Packaging bubble? Why is everyone online trying to push that?! What is the point?? To make money without money? All youtubers pushing either Deal packaging or R2R.. and the thing is that all those deals- 97% they are all rubbish anyways.. Jamie I mean I understand you trying clickbait’ing and etc. but nothing good about it, except maybe you packaging something for abroad investors.. I don’t see value.. I am not arrogant, just being loud with my own opinion

I don't think you fully understand deal packaging or are being open minded enough to different ways of making money in proeprty except from standard a btl or flip. Yes there may be a lot of people trying to deal package but are they even good at it? Probably not. And are they even compliant? Probably not also. People think they can just sell a package to an investor for a quick buck but that is actually illegal

Hey man, thanks for reaching out. I appreciate that it might seem odd or different to a lot of other strategies. Why a lot of property people talk about these strategies is because they are little start up costs which is more relevant to people than needing £50K to buy a buy-to-let. Myself personally, I do deal packaging everyday. I started doing it on my own at 19 and now I have 30+ staff working in my deal packaging business and we have investors from all over the UK and aboard but mainly here in the UK. These are busy people who don't want to do any of the hardworking to get a property so we do it for them for a fee. Hopefully this helps you understand a little more about it. I'm a boring, vanilla, buy to let guy but want to help as many people as I can get into property and so I'll continue to chat about deal packaging :)
