My dad were slandered by a company that he worked for. He couldn't prove it. He never even been to court. He thinks he's gonna get a call any day now confirming his court date. It's been six years he even hired a lawyer. Who he hasn't talked to in 5 1/2 years. He will never have his case heard. He has 0 evidence it happened and It never did any financial damage. He still thinks a court date is on the process of the making.
Is there anyone that can explain it to him? Maybe make a plea to a judge to come by or call him. If that sounds ludicrous, it’s really not. Or ur state has a legal questions website. U can ask questions and active attorneys will answer. Maybe seeing a printed response would help. I’m just thinking for his mental health

The DA called me crazy. The DA Robert stated that he would not help me before I ever met him or ever called that office about the perjury and obstruction of justice. If you’re in Family Court and your spouse testifies a bunch of false allegations against you would be defaming your character or are you not able to sue them because it occurred in court? What if you have proof that what they said was of malice and a false allegation is it still not valid because it took place in court? Example my wife pretty much said I had every mood disorder in the DSM along with derogatory statements like using the words deadbeat, loser,etc. I proved false allegations by a psychiatric evaluation showing I have no mood disorders. 1st you should never appear IN COURT! I do not suggest appearing AT COURT either however you have more a chance appearing AT COURT! For example lets say you and I are going to meet AT The Big Rock! Meeting at the big rock will most definitely be less painfull than meeting IN THE BIG ROCK! If we meet in the big rock its going to be pretty painfull! Same with court! Because I saw these trash people from that crime family wearing and wanting my family's memorabilia.... . And they are still stealing it with some kind of a line to my real family/ ppl who know me. who knows that I am in a submarine. I also heard something about a $300 monthly gift card that is supposed to go to me. that these people also steal. . I hope that you can give me some guidance in regards to a particular situation that I think would fall under "defamation of character". I had an assistant manager from Walmart accuse me of basically returning stuff without receipt and made remarks that's suggested as if I was stealing the item and returning them (his remark was he was protecting the Integrity of Walmart). He never checked my license or anything, he just made these allegations and assumptions, then realized that he had me confused with someone else!!! But, by then so much haf already transpired and he said some really insulting words that affected me tremendously. I spend so much money at that place, I just could not believe the way I was being treated..I ended up having a panic attack due to is insults/ allegations. I felt embarrassed because there about 7-8 people behind in the line that witnessed all of this. I immediately called the corporate office to try to file a complaint, but instead the store manager called to try to do damage control. She stated that they would do an investigation, apologized and basically that was end of it. But, what about the embarrassment and being wrongly accused of something that I've never done in my life?!!! It has really affected me and I do have portion of it recorded on my phone (and by the way one of his co-workers tried to snatch my phone away from me and tell me I didn't have the right to record a Walmart even though I was being harassed to). He also made a racist remark which my friend was there and she heard it. When I explained everything to the store manager, she said that she was in complete shock and she had never heard of an employee acting this way (and she's been with the company for 16 years). I'm not necessarily looking for anything out of the situation except for this person to be liable for his actions!!! He was extremely out of line and made comments based on zero proof, bad memory and he was probably having a bad day and just ended up taking it out on me. There's so much more to this, it's almost unreal ): that something like this could happen. I don't know if I should seek legal action because it has affected me on an emotional leave. I ended up having to call my doctor because my heart rate was 115 after the incident because I was so upset. And another thing while I was there I asked him if I could please talk to a different manager and he told me that he was the only one there and refused to get someone else to help. He also refused to provide me the store manager's name and told me that I need to look on the receipts and find information myself. and same for the corporate manager he told me that he didn't have his phone number and I had to ask him three times for his name before he finally gave me the info. Another assistant manager ended up calling me afterwards and she felt so bad she ended up giving her cell phone number and asked me to come back to return the items (which I have the receipts for I just didn't have it with me at the time). I didn't even think it was a big deal because I never returned anything without a receipt!!! I don't know what his motive was, but I keep having flashbacks of the situation and it's just aweful!!!

Shouldn't it be obvious if it becomes too complicated. It really should be simple unless attempts to hide guilt and wrongdoing, and protect actions of malice. It should be so obvious but for some reason not. Say for instance witness of measures to deflect and transfer cause of damage to a person, for one point in case, to help said person. One way so-called helping is to advise person to leave the past in the past, well in actuality have done and trying to, but they're (whoever it concerns) the ones bringing it up.... an example that should be so obvious to an onlooker but for some reason not.
A guy at my job spread a rumor that i had sex with him. He told administration this, they believed him and begin treating me differently. The women started spreading rumors that I was having sex with this man and spread the lies to new hires. I cant seem to get anyone to help me. A women at my job accused me of stealing 600 dollars and her credit card,she told the police in a statement that she fasly accused me of the crime to the police. If professional executors have not carried out their duty of care, executed a will that the police beleive to be invalid and allowed one beneficiary to take most of the estate undeclared. I was at a bar celebrating my husband's birthday a friend offered to buy a few rounds the female bartender accused me me of being a pick pockter and called me a smoocher and theif ect in front of the entire bar crowd most i knew that were there the friend confronted the bartender and told her he offered the drinks the bartender came up to me and threatened me told me to leave him alone and kicked me out.
