Self respect comes from true intention of love and compassion .feeling good abt yourself . Ego is given with comparsion and to bring someone down .it will brings down ur inner peace . Both are two opposite poles . Ego is created by objective world Where as self respect is created by you towards yourself. Braggerts have maximum ego .bcz they dont respect themselves .this will destroy them .they forgot they are soul on a journey. Excel in ur role helps you achieve things but iam not that achievement.iam in this moment free from past future talent apart from all this iam soul with pure and peacefull always . We dont require name fame to recognize ourself with bcz we are nit fame name we are soul which is in every moment with me always . But enjoyment is in achieving the things but not attaching ourself with the achieved things we shld achieve new things thats what is excitement and curiousity and game of life . When we are soul we are very smiling and happines and godly feeling peacefull . Fear anxiety all this comes with ego .with soul we should do it will be like game achieving. Soul has to be pure .while working you will be very lite. Laziness comes with all negative thoughts and depression . Soul is strong then it doesn't ask anything from anyone .we start accepting and understanding we stop putting extra efforts to make ppl like us approval and appreciation now when soul bcms strong it wont ask for anything. I like to wear is different from wearing to impress someone .

From last one year I am listening my vocabulary change now I think positive for everyone , speak positive now I can see my own mistakes my son change ,now I can sleep better thank God I got sister and brother now I am happy.

I have a question. As per ur talk,the self respect will increase when u respect urself first rather then expecting respect from others.Then respecting ourselves means what?what is the depth behind it?

There's a very thin line between self respect and ego. I have self respect but I dont have ego. So if I love someone I will try my level best to talk to that person. I'll send the first message, i will make the first call. How much time does it take to call someone and tell, you love them. Later you shouldn't have regrets..we never tried also...what if we had tried and it had worked out? So I never give up. Not on relationships not on my family, not on my beliefs, I just don't give up on anything in my life.
