Q-#1: Metrics available for EIGRP are Bandwidth, Delay, Load, and Reliability. But EIGRP normally uses B/W & Delay. Q-#2: Successor would be the first path chosen as it carries less feasible distances. Then would be followed by FS as this is the least FB among the available paths left in the DB.

you are wrong. The successor is not the route but it is the router according to the cisco
