For one thing, calling it Elon Musk's is iffy. Musk is not an engineer, surgeon or scientist, so it's all about who he hired. Neuralink got tested on animals and had bad outcomes across the board. Now ... somehow ... Neuralink got permission to dump some ironmongery into a human while not signing up to the usual ethical standards. I wish the best for that individual.
