Yup bro , we have to give it a meaning because without it existence is not hard but impossible... But sometimes it feels so hard that meaning in itself doesn't means anything's 😢

it was a great video but there are few words and statement that is hard to understand like empirical backed with rational, god is center ground for everything and difference between rules and values , moral and ethics.
I believe that you can only kill your ego that is “I” when you know “I” inside out. To get rid of your ego you need to personify your ego and know its strengths and weaknesses.
