I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of proper relieving on that time.I don't even had idea they are deducting pf. Now all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months Can I get any suggestion or idea for this brother
I used fake experience of 2.10 years and joined a company, I have been working in current company since 2.5 years without any issue and with good performance. While switching next company will I face any problem If I remove fake experience and apply with real experience? My joining designation in current company is Sr Software engineer, will it create any issue?
Depend upon previous company's BGV if you mention bcz BGV again happen by new company. And yes, you can remove fake experience any point of time from your total IT experience.
@ITwala777,agar koi Automation devops me kam kar raha hai and domain switch karta hai like data engineer, data science to kya ye fake experience hota hai and yaha caught hone ke chances kitne hote hai..if has proper skills set. and also usake sare document s sahi hai then..
While giving the interview i have mentioned that i have one year of experience in x company. But i have worked for two companies in two years and 6 months gap too . Then i joined one company y and worked there there was no pf but i have form 16 . Just wanted to know if I say them that i have lost all the documents from my previous two companies and have only one which is current and form 16 so in bgv will they able to find that last two companies through pf or anything
sir what if we add 2 years fake exp from Xnd get the job at Y work there for some year say 2.5 years and then switch with this real 2.5 years exp to Z and remove fake exp. will the new company Z check my all exp i.e real and fake ? do they ask at Y before joinjng Y how much exp candidate had?
They will verify only what you have shown as your experience, nothing else. If you provide experience then yes, it will verify from previous company else not.
Suppose If I have uan number pf account which is not active, will the new employer can find out my previous employment? please reply on this I am not getting any proper answer for this>
Now a days... HR will ask to show your PF employee history in live either by sending link to accept or share your screen... So it's far better to join in level 3...level 4 companies because where they don't go for BGV they will see your skills after getting certain experience you can go for better carrier growth
Hai sir I have Doubt... Without PF and UAN( Carrer gap+ own small scale business) PF and UAN not yet generated... Can we go to IT with ( 3yrs fake exp) good skills. Will they give opportunity as their is of no PF and UAN.
