I remember when AOL was the dominant search engine...and yes. It was Googles functionality that eventually won over the people. That and the fact they never ran ads on their homepage. Just a nice white background - as if it was telling you the whole Internet is at your fingertips. Simple, elegant. I find your argument about alternative options compelling and I think Google is going to win this case. If I was on the jury I would certainly acquit. And I say this as someone not very fond of the sheer quantity of ads that have begun showing up in their search results and who openly admits functionality has decreased in recent years.

Good job 👏👏I think we need you to make more videos about Google. We, including myself, rightly trust Tesla blindly for Robotaxi, but the Waymo factor is also a possible nice treasure for Google in the future.

CapEx is up because they are majorly investing in the business. I believe the investment will yield a huge ROIC in the 5-10 yr range.

Google and Apple just lost a critical decision in the European courts that willl cost them Billions. I will wait for this to get fixed into the price before buying Google. I'm interested in buying Nvidia again now (I bought in at 91$) as I feel the rumored investigation is simply the government/justice departments way to keep tabs on a company with significant important to national security and has a vested interest in exerting control over it. Personally I'd say if you're planning to wait, then when are you going to buy? Are you planning to time the bottom? Personally im just buying Google with my current cash pile, BUT abeit really slowly as of now, if there's a bigger drop I probably will be more aggressive

The ONLY reason why Google lost in the EU has NOTHING to do with the Google platform and EVERYTHING to do with the trainwreck of the EU budget! Google was an easy target for them to steal some much needed cash. They see the US mega caps as a place where they can withdraw funds ever since they lost the UK as the source of easy money!

Lets say they will be sentenced to not pay a penny to Apple etc. and that everyone will be able to choose a browser. I cant imagine less than 95% not still choosing Google
