She has a great voice and can sing well, but in my opinion her harsher vocals style may be over after this. With the right medical attention she should recover from this and be able to return to singing again, but I seriously doubt she can afford to stray much from clean vocals in the future. Even singers who sing clean vocals only, can damage their throat if they don't know what they are doing. It doesn't take much to have things go wrong in that part of the body. My dad made his living as a voice teacher at a music college. I heard many stories of rock singers having problems with their throat over the years. This was more than my dad's observations, he actually had quite a few rock singers as his students. He saw the side that fans don't see off stage that singers have gone through and most people don't even know about them.
God isn't your wish maker, one need to make efforts too, if u keep damaging yourself over and over - result is obvious. I hope that Mayu will get well soon, but she needs to draw a conclusion
Not everybody's throat and vocal cords are meant to growl, infect, the fewest can do it without over stressing the throat by forcing it. It's an invitation for infections. It will eventually vanish, but she will be constantly in danger of a repeat. The best cure will be if you must do without banshees and growls and she concentrates on pure singing. A lot of Rock- and Metal-Fans aren't much in that unnatural voice anyway - but in the end, NOBODY is dying.
For sure, growling like that takes a toll on one's throat. While it's true no one is dying, I was concerned about her health and the future of the band.
@@rantandchill9503 What would be most important is, that she reduce or completely avoids this unnatural stress to her larynx, because laryngitis can become chronical and then she has a problem to her career on hand. I hope she gets better and takes cood care and time to heal up. She also might have good advisors, who teach her to use her voice properly. As a cigar smoker, you should know the feeling of extreme dryness and soreness inside the throat, after extensive smoking - that's what happens, when growling and infections attack.
@ClassicSweetSix-teen Yes, I read the bible and pray for a “discerning spirit” to interpret it properly. Thanks for leading me thru a bible lesson tonight.😊 🖖❤
=( hard times for Nemophila, bad things r comin one after another, hope that she will be able to recover. She needs to consider her future vocal as well, to not get it worse over the time ((
Like there has not been enough trouble for Mayu with Saki leaving Nemophila and all and now this. It feels like too much. If I remember correctly it took 1 year or so for Saiki to recover from her throat problems so "speedy" recovery might not happen, but lets hope so. She deserves it.
Seriously dude you are pulling this way out of perspective the way you are carrying on we must start making funeral plans for Mayu listen to Dicodecs Alan explaining it he works with singers and sings himself its a common virus for such people but with rest and medicene you recover
