This has to be the most intense trailer for Genshin ever. Just goes to show that Genshin is about to become a lot darker. I’m really starting to wonder how Furina and Focalors will face each other.
Honestly, for me, nothing is going to top the 3.0 trailer, but this one has been pretty dramatic as well. I'm very curious to see how little I got right this time. As I said, I'm very confused, which is actually good because that's the whole point of Fontaine, this endless research of the truth among the deception
@@ShadowX5452Gaming I really agree, for me the 3.0 trailer will always have special place in my heart, but there is no doubt that this trailer is really good and I couldn't stop watching it. The editing and misdirecting is really good to the point that we get too many questions but very little context, I like this because it really not spoiling that much.

What I Find quite strange is that the scene where the guillotine falls is in the tower as you stated in the video but when we see Furina/Focalors hat falls off, we see spotlight perhaps implying its on a stage? This trailer has many mysteries and I Love it!
Yeah, obviously no heads are going to roll, that's for sure. Everything, every trial is a dramatic performance, and it will end in a magnificent, dramatic way, so I guess it's all scripted by Focalors. The deception base theme allows for so many possibilities...
In the trailer we deal with two different Furinas. Even disregarding the character showcase part, there are two: one with white shorts, white skirt and long hair, and the other with dark shorts, blue skirt and short hair (missing ponytail). And throughout the trailer we meet them multiple times and they behave differently. My theory is, the light one is Furina, the "mechanic of the Oratrice", pretending she's the Hydro archon but she knows very well that she's not a god. That much was even confirmed by Arlecchino. And the other one, the dark one, is Focalors, the real archon. There's still chance she may be hiding in the Oratrice the whole time. The whole trailer starts with fulfillment of the prophecy: we see Hydro Archon, weeping on her throne. The audio about the sentence is unrelated to it, but we get to see a brim of her shorts and they're dark. Later we see Focalors also sitting in something like a window, once again sad. And finally we meet her in the end, happy and dancing but not theatrical like Furina is. All other occurrences as far as I know are Furina, the light one. Also in the course of the video, we hear Furina declaring trial agains Focalors. It may seem like she's declaring trial against herself but she is not. The plot twist might be that after the death sentence over Focalors is declared, the executed one is not Furina but the Oratrice. And the purpose might be to release all the Indemnitium that was collected in it over all those years. The fact that Oratrice is storing indemnitium was again confirmed by Arlecchino. And one more detail I did not quite sort out yet is that Neuvillette was so far always referring to Furina as Furina but throughout the trailer he's talking to Focalors. So he is aware he's talking to a different person in all these places.
It does look like there are actually two people, Furina and Focalors, and most likely Furina is the prosecution while Focalors is the defendant. Fontaine has proven to be very difficult to figure out because, since it's based on deception and finding the truth, the options become basically endless. The last one, Focalors, the one dancing, though, feels very evil for some reason, like I said it the video. She feel satisfied of her twisting the story... As for the Indemnitium, we don't really know what releasing it could do. Since it's the people's belief in justice, it feels like it's connected to the people's memories, like the dreams in Sumeru. Maybe it's the indemnitium that is going to bring back the people after they dissolved. I'm basically thinking about the Oratrice on the same lines as the Akasha System. In this case, I would actually think that Furina will present her trial against Focalors by showing the people that she is inside the Oratrice, but the indemnitium would come way after. There's also a chance that Neuvillette may be the cause of the flood. We see him fly up above the opera epiclese, and in that split second we see the ground, it's not flooded, and he shoots his power and what seems to be a stream of Primordial Water up in the sky.... As for the death sentence and the guillotine, I think that's the usual jebait we get in the trailers. Who knows, maybe that sword is not even a guillotine as they made us think. Certainly, neither Furina nor Focalors is going to lose their heads. Also, I think Neuvillette will learn of the two Furinas, if that ends up being true, during the quest, like when Furina begins the trial against Focalors, because he's visibly unaware of Furina not even being a God, as we saw so far....
I think Furina is planning a 'Steins Gate' solution: she knows the prophecy is inevitable, but it was never specified that it needs to be real, or she can't stage the prophecy. So, she is planning to fulfill the prophecy and then reverse/show how she staged it
What do you mean that it was never specified that it needs to be real? We saw the Primordial Water erupting from underneath the Fortress of Meropide...
But it wouldn't make sense for Nahida to know that, to be honest. Even if she acquired Rukkhadevata's memories, they would go as far as the cataclysm, when she died, while we know that Neuvillette took office about 400 years ago and the Oratrice hadn't been built yet. Nahida was in prison all this time, so why would she know about this deep, secret plot? Yes, she can access Irminsul, but I doubt that she Cna know people's secrets from it....

Furinas hair also chainges from long to short depending on her stance. In the cutscenes used for this trailer she is also depicted with long and short hair too. So that hair change might have lore implications too besides gameplay. As you said in the video, Mihoyo likes to scrumble all the cutscenes from a patch and use lines that are not even in the same quest. I recently went back to see the older patch trailers and they are inconsisten with one another. Some do a good job hinting on what is to come, and others are just random. I assume the one who saves everyone will be Neuvi if we take his ascension line to be true and not a red herring.
Yeah, I noticed her hair. At this point, the theory about Furina and Focalors being two different people is becoming more and more viable, and maybe just the color of the dress wouldn't be enough to distinguish them, so they chose to cut her hair, too. Though, that's going to be the first time the statue and the current Archon look very different, with that haircut. Mihoyo does mix many voicelines and scenes in the trailer, so it's always very hard to guess right. We have two Archon quests, a story quest and at least two big world quests, which makes it even more difficult. The guillotine may not even be a guillotine at this point, to be honest! As for Neuvillette.... I think the people would rage hard if Furina gave up her Archonhood in his favor. She wouldn't be a playable Archon anymore. On the other hand, I'm somehow starting to believe that Neuvillette is going to flood the nation... The scene where he flies up above the opera epiclese is very strange: the land is not flooded yet (we see it for a split second) and he shoots his power and a stream of what looks like Primordial Water up in the sky.... Odd...
This trailer really shocked everyone ahah! This archon quest is about to be epic, I can already feel it. Skirk is really interresting because she has the color palette of Primordial sea with her hands being like the tail of the whale and she even has real fins in her back ... interresting... Now about Furina, I like your first theory that she splited herself it would tie very well with the theme of Justice of Fontaine and could very well be the physical representation of cuting Emotions and Reasons. She couldve placed "Reason" in the Oratrice and the Furina we see since 4.0 is "emotion" ?? Another funny fact, you said that she could potentially being the one to stop the prophecy by being the new heart of the primordial sea and something else and in her gameplay her water is very different that everyone else, not only is it bubbles/sea foam but its the EXACT color of Primordial water, the whale and Skirk. Maybe she use it in combat ? Lastly if you look closely at Furina's vision its quit different seems like a fusion of Pneuma and Ousia vision casing but with 4 fangs or pointy something I really cant wait ahaha I think her demo is tomorrow right? I have a lot of doubts about Skirk... She doesn't belong to Genshin Impact, her features are completely off, so I'm pointing at the third Descender we still don't know, but why would she be in the Abyss? did she go there voluntarily? did she go there because of the Narwhal? because of the warrior inside the Narwhal? she is the biggest question mark of the whole trailer, despite the fact that it doesn't surprise me that she made an appearance. As for Furina, there are so many options available, we could write a book. Since the theme is deception and the search for truth, everything could be right. I didn't notice that she was wearing the dark clothes, although now that you said it, I see it in my head without watching the video. Same goes for her attacks. I expected the bubbles, like I said in the old Fontaine predictions video, but I didn't notice the colors. This is the problem of having this little time to make a video, I couldn't check the smaller details, like also the Vision, even though I zoomed on it. I do think that she will have to save the people, she will undo the prophecy with her powers. the people believe that they belonged in the sea, then their bodies changed and were able to live on land. maybe there's some truth behind that legend, and Furina's power over the Primordial Sea will allow her to give back the people their bodies, since their consciousnesses will stay in the water. My question is: since there are a lot of people from other nations in Fontaine.... what is going to happen to them once the flood hits the nation? are they going to drown? is the Fortuna going to save them? I don't know when her demo is coming out, but the update is going to be on the 8th, as far as I know. I can't wait!!!! and yeah, her vibe in that scene was really evil for some reason....
lets not forget that hyv always mixes the archon quest with the story quests in the trailer (if you rewatch 4.1 trailer for example, you'll see lots of scenes from neuvillette's story quest). it's hard to say which is which, but it's basically guaranteed that some of these are from furina's story quest (most likely the rene oceanid and furina dancing on stage).
Yeah, I noticed that after I uploaded the video. I didn't think about watching the trailer in Japanese, and when I did, it was obviously Neuvillette's voice actor. Well, he did say that Focalors is devious... So I guess I was right when I said that the true victim is him rather than Furina!
The trailer has got me really hyped however has also got me to really respect furina's charcter seeing her more darker tone and sort of tugging at the strings behaviour.
There's also no opening above the opera epiclese, considering that there is a whole building on top, so it had to be in the tower anyway. If that's actually a guillotine, since we could be wrong about it, but I don't think so. The area is also called "morte", which means death, so the tower is most likely used for those rare occasions in which there is a death sentence
The Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy is a British comedy show, originally on radio and then latter produced into a book, a TV mini series / films and a few more books. As for the specific reference there's a couple it could be. There's a scene involving Agrajag where the Infinite Improbability Drive creates a large whale and a bowl of petunias over the surface of a planet and they fall to their "deaths" while philosophizing (well the whale does, the Bowl just thinks "here we go again"). The planet was Magrathea in some variants. which is the planet that had an industry of building custom made to order planets for very rich clients. Or it could be a reference for the start of the series where the Vogons are destroying the Earth to make way for a hyper spatial by-pass (this later turns out to not be true - in fact they've been hired by a consortium of powerful psychiatrists to destroy the Earth because it's secretly a super computer tasked to find the "Answer to Life, the Universe, And Everything"). Arthur Dent and companion Ford Prefect (fake name - he's an alien and thought that sounded like an inconspicuous human name) manage to get on the Vogon spaceship and are then thrown into space when found. By luck they manage to get swallowed by the Heart of Gold (an advanced research prototype ship equipped with the Infinite Improbability Drive). The odds are 2 to the power of Arthur Dent's old telephone number from a flat in Islington where he failed to get on with a cute girl who it turns out is already on the ship... to one against being picked up by a random passing ship, so of course it happens due to the way the Infinite Improbability Drive functions. Anyway I am not sure why but that scene came to mind on that whole being swallowed by a whale thing. Be glad I don't use real-world lore.
But why would she get a vision if she had her own powers? The gnoses are not essential for the Archons to use their powers, and we have 4 Archons as an example. So, even if she gave her gnosis to Neuvillette and gave her archonhood up, she would still be a God, and as such, she would have her own, innate powers, just like every other Archon. Having said that, giving Neuvillette his authority back, would explain his ascension voice line, but it would also make Furina not an Archon, so the players wouldn't be able to play the Archon of the nation we're visiting. I don't think they would be happy with hoyo if they went that way...
there being two focalors would actually make a lot of sense. i think it was?? ashikai?? who made a theory that furina was a split of focalors (theorized to be an oceanid) the way ann was of mary ann, which i used to not be a big fan of but now it makes more and more sense. especially since they the VAs seemed to tease us with referring to furina as the “one and only archon of fontaine” (or something of that effect, im very tired 😅) i think its interesting that neuvillette uses “youre a devious one, FOCALORS” when he mostly refers to her as lady furina while i dont personally believe it, your third theory of focalors being furina’s imaginary friend is not one ive EVER heard before, and it would be SO COOL if it ended up being true REALLY GOOD VIDEO, im so impressed by how quickly you put this one out!
Well, I came up with that imaginary friend theory on a whim because she has those almost imaginary little fontemer friends for her tea party, which is usually something kids do, but if you watch Furina's video that was released today, it kinda hints at it. I've watched it only once, though. I need to watch it 2 or 3 more times to fully absorb everything she said, especially deceiving fat itself, which means that Fontaine's story is going to become way more complicated than we anticipated... The only thing im gonna say is that at the end of trailer the dancing is actually the black dressed furina or I'd call her hydro archon focalors And using neuvillette to save fontaine or making him the heart of all sea's would be rather fitting position as he would no longer be a ludex but a fully formed dragon There's also this beleive that furina might get exposed by focalors suddenly showing up and revealing all her plans to use fontainians as a bait to lure the whale out or skirk since she has primordial water running through her hands kinda like she is the whale or related to the whale Again neuvillette becoming a full dragon can be important to both defeating the whale or subduing it and as we all know so far only a single world boss has died I won't be surprised if the whale somehow gets to live Also traveler might also be act as a pawn since their arrival means something big gonna happen and focalors may have heard of him arriving through furina and making sure her plan to stop the prophecy works And as nicole suggest the prophecy is taking place means the prophecy has to be there to be stopped? Or maybe it has to be defeated through some means and that's why there so much indemnitium
as much as I'd like for Neuvillette to get his powers back, I don't think Hoyo would go that way, because Furina wouldn't be an Archon anymore, and the players would RAGE.... If anything, the scene in which he goes up in the sky above the Opera Epiclese and shoots his power into the sky, kinda makes me think he is going to be the one to flood Fontaine, since we see that Fontaine hasn't been flooded yet in that scene for just a split second. If Furina is even remotely thinking about sacrificing the people to lure out the Narwhal, that would be beyond psycho! If Neuvillette is going to solve both the prophecy and defeat the Narwhal, what is the Traveler even going to do? What Nicole says, like I said in the video, seems to mean that the prophecy has to happen, it can't be stopped, but something may be done after, so I do think Furina will be able to save the people, even after they dissolved. I guess we will have to wait just a few more days to find out!!

This is how I see the trailer. Let's start from here, remember the Hydro Gemstone flavor lore? *People here bare no sin. They can even judge me. So praise my magnificance and purity.* It's possible that Furina found loophole in the prophecy, she may not be able to save Fountaine as nation, but she can SAVE the people from the divine wrath, and what better way to do so, by renouncing her divinity and killing the "Hydro Archon". And from Neuvillete's dialogue, he didn't know any of this, not a clue and by regainign his Authority he can now save Fountaine. Thus possible becoming the new god of the land, and Furina basically nudge him towards that direction by being the Iudex for 500 years. Dude got bambozlead.
It would be a nice development, but the problem is that, if they don't make Furina the Archon, they will see a drop in people pulling for her, because she would be the first playable Archon non-Archon, and it's not something the players would accept very lightly. But, your idea may still be feasible if it's temporary, like for some reason the authority goes back to Furina at the end of the quest. Though, I have to say.... Could it be Neuvillette the one who floods the entire nation? I mean, we see him going up high above the opera epiclese before the flood (we have a glimpse of the ground and it's not flooded) and he shoots his power up in the sky....
Idk about him becoming a god since he may also hates them but focalors may be using him make sure he gets his power if the hydro archon has 2 splits then even if 1 dies the other can live since they're not connected they both shares different memories and experience even power's Neuvillette may just become the 1st dragon to regain his authority and the archon dying and the theme of teyvat's nations is archons stepping down not them dying one way or other they survives or fake their deaths And this is the god related to theatrics we talking about
@@ShadowX5452Gaming Look at this view, Tevyat is going through an era of change and Archons are not longer as revelant as they used to be. This was seen through Mondstadt, mainly Liyue and now is happening Fontaine. While the story won't go to kill Furina, this could mean the end of Focalors, and thus recieving a Vision. And maybe that's the whole point of the new AQ, the players may be pulling for Furina bc they are Archons collectors, but the progress of the story may change their mind or won't simple wont affect the game mechanics. Besides this isn't new, Ei is only an Archon in title, while Makoto was actually the real deal. So it's possible, depending on the people opinion.

What I wanted to say that the people of Fontaine doesn't Nuvillete's identity, and by witnessing such display of power is possible this will mislead everyone, even Arleccino and the Fatui to think he is the actual Hydro Archon and that he have the Gnosis with him. Or rather trick them in believing to do so.

She only gave her impression at the time, and since Furina seem to have play a role since the beginning, explaining the more serious tone she had in some occasions I don't think she's not a God. Plus the fact that genshin in general is rather straightforward about the Archons. I'm a bit more intrigued about Neuvillette calling her ''focalors'' now. He always called her ''lady Furina'' If I remember correctly. Will the furina persona 'die' and that why he call her focalors now ?
Hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy is a book series. Where it is an encyclopaedia for every planet in the galaxy. So that boss might not be in teyvat but somewhere else
So, since we get it when we meet the enemy inside the whale, maybe that guy is the hitchhicker who traveled around the galaxy (like Aether and Lumine, basically) and ended up inside the narwhal. Or (and this is a crack theory, I know) the nahrwal is actually the water dragon, and the dragon sovereigns haven't always been dragons. Something happened on the old world that made the Primordial One flee (that's why it is said that the eternal throne "came back" to the old world and it was made anew, so he found it completely changed), but also changed the rulers of the seven original nations into dragons, so that guy inside the Narwhal is the narwhal, but back almost to when he was a human. Or simply, Skirk and the guy inside the narwhal are simply the third Descenders... I guess we'll find out very soon!!!
Could it be that Focalors is the one instigating the flood? Like she knows true justice is to return Teyvat to the Sovereigns and thus left Furina to bumble around while she gathers energy to wipeout everyone.
But then you would have an evil Archon, basically worse than what we expect the Tsaritsa to be. If that was true, it would mean that the flood we saw, really dissolved everybody in Fontaine, and if the Archon is the one who caused it, there would be no one to save them or bring them back, and hoyo obviously can't destroy a nation. If anything, I'm thinking that Neuvillette is going to cause the flood...
Or it will be Focalors v. Furina & Neuvillette and they bring everyone back from being dissolved. Just a few more days until we find out. It's going to be bonkers.
I'm currently reading the hitchhikers guide books and the only time there was a whale mentioned was more like a little funny story without any real consequences to the story itself so it really doesn't make sense 😅 Maybe they wanted to feature it as an easteregg.

I think the “you’re a devious one” line is him sarcastically applauding her for pulling a surprise move that ends up sacrificing some aspect of herself in order to let neuvillete save everyone somehow, maybe by helping him gain his full dragon powers
Yeah, it doesn't feel like an insult but more like an applause for her twisted plan. Still, I don't know if Neuvillette is going to get his authority back... I mean, from a writing point of view, it's the most obvious choice and the most interesting one, too. But, if you think that it would mean that people have been waiting to pull for the Fontaine Archon, only for her not to be an Archon anymore, but above all, that Neuvillette is a full blown dragon again and people can't pull for him anymore..... The players would rage very very hard!

If I had to put my honest predictions, I simply would say that the previous hi Joel Archon told folcalore about the prophecy, and when she took up the part as a archon she already had a plan in motion, so she split herself into two parts one would be furina who will be her physical body, while the other version of her with seek out in Fontaine for a way to stop the prophecy but as we already know, there’s no way to stop it because it’s already been set in stone which leads me to believe that folcalors is building up energy, not to stop the prophecy, but more so bring the people back after it already has happened and furina getting the death penalty is all part of her plan of action furina likely knows of this planned, but doesn’t want to tell anybody about it because it will compromise it folcalore likely put herself in the oratrice as part of the plan to build energy but before that gained the trust of neuvillette now I do believe that he was used in this situation, but I also believe that folcalore does genuinely care about what happens to him because she sounds so sincerely in his teaser and in the trailer and 4.1 now there are two possibilities for what folcalor is saying one is that she does die as a sacrifice for Fontaine and gives all her godly power and divinity to furina making her the new folcalore or neuvillette stops being the chief justice, after figuring out his true purpose in this, and feeling used this could bring his newfound hatred to gods and seeing them as nothing more then devious deities of manipulation which would make him hate all gods even the god of justice itself it does feel like kind of a stretch, but that is one possibility now for navia falling I believe arlcheeno will save her because there is a image of both us, and navia talking to her likely she saved her last minute before we could as for furina having a vision will it still seems that she still going to be the Archon based on one of her voicelines in the trailer so it’s highly likely that she only uses it to use oasia and pneouma and energies as for the whale I think we’re going to help furina try to stop it, of course, with the help of childe as well, since he seen fighting the primordial whale and then later on, we’ll get the help from skirk who will then talk about the prophecy now here’s what I think. I personally believe that furina doesn’t exactly like the plan that folcalore has been cooking, especially since she’s been playing the role as a false God for 500 years and even feels insecure about her own power She even was in a life-threatening situation at one point because of her plan so I believe furina will come up with the idea of defeating the primordial well so nobody in Fontaine would drown not risking the peoples lives also it feels as though the previous Hydro archon feels noticeably absent from all of this especially since she’s already been voice before which makes me believe that we’ll meet her in furina second story quest like ei with mokoto also about egeria being forgotten perhaps that’s in a figurative sense rather than a literal sense in fact not much of the people in Fontaine tend to talk about the previous Hydro archon, so maybe what the prophecy says about her being forgotten is more so that she’s been over shadowed by her predecessor but I could be wrong
More or less agree, except for the fact that the flood will happen, as we've been shown in Furina's new video. Us deceiving fate is something that will happen after everything gets flooded. I have no idea how we will deceive fate and bring back everything as if nothing ever happened, though. The biggest variable we have, is indemnitium. We kinda know what it is, it's the power of people's belief in justice, but we don't know how it can be used. It does feel like dreams and the akasha system. In that case, indemnitium would be a concentration of people's memories, and we know how powerful memories are in Teyvat...

It seems to be clear that there are two sided to Furina, one that is the childish one and one that is the almost evil scheming one. At least, that's what the trailer and the video that was released today seem to tell us. Things are about to get even more complicated than we anticipated, I think...
Yeah, I wasn't expecting that to be destroyed, especially because that room is really gorgeous looking! But, with the latest video, the one about Furina or actually Focalors, it seems that we are going to deceive fate, we're going to make it believe that the flood happened as prophesied, to the point that not even the Archon will realize that the flood isn't real? I'm so confused.... But it's so good!!!

@@Kynokefalos I did watch Steins Gate, one of the most complicated, intricate anime I've ever seen. Still, Focalors doesn't seem like she really has hope for the prophecy to be solved and she recorded the video after it has already happened. We don't have the power to go back in time, that's Istaroth's power and I doubt she's making an appearance anytime soon. But, it's obvious that we will, somehow, deceive fate after it has been fulfilled. I just can't really figure out a way to fix Fontaine after the flood as if it never happened without going back in time, and even if we went back in time, the flood would simply happen again, so it has to be something else. It would be easier if we didn't know that the flood happened, because we could create a fake flood to trick fate, but, again, it will actually happen... Unless Indemnitium has the power to do this trick, since we literally know nothing about it other than it being the power of people's belief in justice, so most likely something that pertains to memories, like the dreams in the Akasha System...
Could there be three Godesses in Fountaine? Focalors, Farina and the judging machine goddess? The macatrisse machine goddess is the one who is running everything?
But the problem is, why? It makes no sense. Even if she were to give up the gnosis for Neuvillette and become a playable non-Archon (and the players wouldn't be happy about it), she would still have her powers just like the other Archons so far after they lost their gnoses.....

If Neuvillete became a judge 400 yrs ago... and forcalors(?) said that about roles 500 yrs ago.. what happened 500yrs ago for that roles?
Yeah, the question as piling up! White Furina and black Furina, at this point, really seems to mean that there's a body and a soul that will merge, most likely, at the end of the Archon quest. The narwhal in the opera house, the only thing I can think of, is that Childe will make his appearance in the opera house and the narwhal will appear there because of him. Not like he summons it, but he ha traces of it on him, so the narwhal, I guess, will simply go where those traces are. Indemnitium is a huge unknown. It is the power of the belief in justice, so it kinda reminds me of the power of dreams ij the Akasha System. In this case, belief would be another aspects of people's memories, and memories in Teyvat are extremely powerful. I guess that Neuvillette was born 500 years ago, but took office 100 years later. It's not like he was born with the laws of Fontaine already in his brain. He must have taken time to understand what he was and then to learn all those laws Furina came up with, but also those that Egeria created, and I guess it's not little...

I did think for a second that maybe Skirk and the guy inside the narwhal are the third missing Descenders. She doesn't look to be from Genshin impact and we get that achievement when we meet the guy inside.... Who knows, maybe she stayed in the abyss because she's either waiting to save that guy or to keep him sealed after he got corrupted

My theory is that she will give up her archon status and give Neuvillette the hydro gnosis since he can use his full power to suppress the crisis hence that’s why furina suddenly has a vision when we know archons don’t have one unless they make a fake one. And I only think that because of the travlers kit being a mini version of the archons and their kit mimics Neuvillette and not furina.
Well, I do thing that the traveler mimics the Archon depicted on the statue from which we got those powers, so in this case it's Egeria, a being created to mimic the water dragon, so her powers would have been basically the same as Neuvillette's. Still, I know that giving Neuvillette his powers back would be the easiest way to solve the problem, but then we wouldn't get a playable Archon anymore, and I don't know how the people would react to that
Also, even if she gave up her gnosis, she wouldn't need a vision, she would still have her own powers. The Archons don't get their powers form the gnosis, they don't use them in general, and we saw that with the Archons who lost their gnoses. They still have their powers. I honestly don't understand why she has a vision...
@@Mari_the_hoomon the only thing I could come up with, talking with the other viewers, is that Furina (the body who is not a God), will receive a vision, and then she will "merge" with Focalors. I that case, the vision may be explained. As for the casing, it has to display her ability to use both Pneuma and Ousia, so it's a unique vision just for her

The only person that couldn't figure out that neuvillette was a dragon after being beaten over the head by the game telling you he's a dragon is gonna analyze the trailer

Btw her PV is so sad. I think Furina had rehearse her stage for 500years try to remove the prophecy, but she couldn't. she is tried and wants to escape her fate, but she is chained to her fate. This time, with our help, she is perhaps her last chance to break free.

I think Neuvillette will flood the nation, but it'll all be orchestrated to make fate believe that the flood happened and the people died. You comment about Irmensul (no clue has its written XD) and something came to my mind: If they change the memroies of people so NEUVELLETTE was the Hydro Archon? It's hard to see, but in Furina's in game showcase we can see her with a Vision, but why? All previous Archons lost their Gnosis but don't need Vision cuz they powers are their own, HOWEVER the weakling-bitch-god and Zhonglu use fake Visions to hide their true indentity
I highly doubt that Neuvillette will be made the Hydro Archon, to be honest. The people would just be enraged beyond recognition because they wouldn't have the chance to pull for the actual Archon anymore, now that Neuvillette's Banner is over. Also, Furina's voicelines in the gameplay, keep saying that she is the Archon, whether the people believe it or not, so she is going to stay as the Archon. As for the vision, that still doesn't make sense to me. Since she's a God, she has her own powers that are completely independent from the gnosis, just like the others. Maybe she just likes wearing one? Or she's waring a fake one just because Neuvillette can't understand why the gods would ever wear one? You know, like a rebelling child that does the opposite of what they're told...
@@ShadowX5452Gaming looks like the story will be BIG. I'm a bit afraid my spectations are too high now, I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE VISION! The only explanation IMO is if Furina is downgraded from Archon position or Furina is indeed a doppelganger of the REAL Hydro Archon, so after said Archon dies, she would need a Vision to have powers. I DON'T KNOW! XD Saw other guy's video saying Skirk IS the whale and that would be... Weird. Maybe even weirder than she being a Honkai universe char on Tevat. Also, I was correct, Charlotte is March 7th, but with a whole photographic studio as weapons :P
@@massaosaito4084 well, there is a chance that Furina, who is not a God, will receive a vision during the trial and, when the body and soul are reunited (otherwise we wouldn't be able to switch arkhe as we saw in the gameplay), we will still use the body, who now has a vision. She says "I am your Archon, whether you can believe it or not", so that makes me think that the truth behind Furina and Focalors's stories will be so upsetting, that the people won't even recognize her as the actual Archon. As for Skirk being the Narwhal, it kinda makes no sense. She was in the abyss and told Childe that he awakened it, and she basically prepared him to fight against it, so how can she be the narwhal. On the other hand, crack theory: 1) if the hitchhicker is the guy inside the narwhal, and he is the "human" representation of it 2) if the narwhal is the water dragon 3) since Furina was able to split herself in two different parts, and she is Egeria's daughter and Egeria is a Teyvat version of the water dragon... Then, maybe there are two narwhals? One is Skirk and one if the hitchhiker? I mean, the narwhal in the opera epiclese is vastly smaller than the one in the pink and blue space... I don't know, my confusion is beyond the roof... Especially now with us having to deceive fate, which puts down a whole new set of possibilities for the story....
Furina is probably trying to execute herself so she can end the prophecy by breaking the rules, since if she's not there to cry on the throne the prophecy won't happen

I don't think that's ever happening. We are, more or less, acquiring knowledge about them from the stars (that we see when we pull for them). If someone dies, I don't think we can get much of them, because their story has ended. There was an old quest about the Irminsul fruits coming down and touching them brought us into a dream state that showed us a dead person's life, but I think it works differently. Still, if that was possible, we would have got Signora!
