its all about settings. people meet the supplier thy make setting and thn the real game begin. they asks for the product and add the alien configuration which a genuin seller can not fulfil. thn the person who sattled already offer thn product with same configuration and the configueration is all fake but as thy sattled already offline. so he get the order and all win win here.

GeM पर buyer एक छोटी सी चीज के लिए भी बिड में OEM सर्टिफिकेट की मांग करते है। जो किसी भी seller के किये कितना मुश्किल है। ये तो आप जानते हो। साथ ही कुछ seller unrealistic रेट भरते है। जिससे आर्डर मिलना मुश्किल होता है। पेमेंट भी 1 से 2 महीने का समय लगता है।
