I broke my wrist over a year ago and was unable to blow dry my hair so had no choice to embrace the air dry method......well, what a difference it made to my dry, broken hair! Have never looked back. It's been 14 months now and my hair is so much thicker and stronger, no heat tools at all and also no hair everywhere on the bathroom floor! 👍

How do you find a medical expert? It’s hard to know which type of doctor. My mom & sister lost hair after covid but theirs seems to be coming back. I have less hair than i used to which probably has to do with my thyroid. Thanks?
