I guess a new fun fact i can say at parties is that i have the same laptop as Trumps lawyer 💀also the fact that you can turn the rgb off and she chose not to is a power move.
Thinking she even knows how to do that is also funny or acting like she a gamer because she bought a more expensive laptop. She probably tried Minecraft once and quit before figuring out how to get wood.
My teacher gave me a B on my essay but my mom liked it and wrote a letter saying that I deserve an A so the teacher should change my grade - Trump 1958
Brah do you know anything about property? For starters what Trump says his property is worth has nothing to do with the independent valuations bank and government make. Second, the government ‘values’ based on how much tax you should pay for the government services provided (water, roads, electricity etc). The bank values the property based on how much they think they can liquidate the property on the open market for in a timely manner in event of loan default. Neither the government or bank valuations are necessarily an accurate depiction of the true price a buyer would want to pay if the property was on the market, the fact that mar a lago is such a unique property with almost no comparables makes it even harder to ‘value’ The true value is likely a lot higher than both the government and bank values. Trust hasan commenters to have no clue on finance
@@SegaMSE yeah it does touch your point. Your analogy of a letter to the school for a grade is the same as what Trump is saying about his property, only you have no understanding of how the property market, property tax or bank valuations for lending purposes works
It's not an accident that they opted for a bench trial. It was pointed out to them before the deadline and they didn't request a jury trial. It seems they did it just so they can complain about it. Trump then complained about the judge undervaluing Mar A Lago, when in fact the 18 million was his own request for tax purposes when the property was assessed at 26.2 million. None of the valuations come from the judge. He then values it at over a billion. It's at least tax fraud or bank fraud, and likely both. And then there's the Kurds, General Soleimani and the people who died on January 6 that Trump murdered.
Gaming laptops are not a good idea in the first place, so really, it’s more of a warning sign that this person makes bad decisions (my gaming laptop is collecting dust in some drawer now…)
Gaming laptops are actually reqlly good in professional enviornments, they have more raw power than those expensive "enterprise laptops" from Dell or Lenovo. Sure, they LOOK tacky, but there's some gaming laptops that don't have an aggressive goofy ass design.
@@Apollo-iq1vx But they’re so heavy to carry around… and get super hot and have trouble with heat dispersion which causes them to run at lower performance… You might as well get a desktop computer at the same price, leave it at home or the office, and have a tablet/lightweight laptop where you remote in. Guess you can only do that if you can rely on a solid internet connection though
@@user-wlj68sbwj97They're meant for short term setups. Lots of professionals travel to sites and may need performance in places where internet can be spotty, hotel rooms etc.
6:31 Look how uncomfortable she is over his shoulder when he says it, since it is after all her fault there’s no jury. It’s all over her face. I love it 😂
Don't let the jury drink coke it'll make them gay (camera pans to a dozen people chugging coke and playing pong with it as if it's beer. There's a tank on top of a coke vending machine with a frog in it, holding a tiny little pride flag)
I like that point Hasan made. *Trump over valued his property to get bank deals, because it unrealistically boosts his real net worth. But Donald also under valued it when he was trying to dodge his taxes, which unrealistically under valued his net worth.* Points superbly made. It has to be considered fraudulent. My favorite part of the whole video.

@@jheden9386 Lmao, do you genuinely believe you don't report your actual property value on taxes? And you think government provides electricity and property taxes are an electric bill. Bruh. 💀
@@JoeyisDREADful do you even own a property? The reported value on your taxes is the value the GOVERNMENT prescribed to your property, not yourself. Clearly you have no idea what you’re talking about. And I never said the government provides electricity, but they provide all of the infrastructure that allows power providers to transport power to your home, the government takes account of your use of those government services and land in the portion you pay tax on. It’s quite simple really, if you have a small property and land size you pay less property tax as you’re using a smaller portion of the pie of the government resources and the opposite it true if you have a larger land size and share of government resources. Stop trying to school people on finance and money when u ain’t even out of high school kid
Do you understand how loans work? It doesn't matter what Trump says. The bank have their own ppl who go out and estimate value. They didn't agree to Trump's terms. He agreed to their terms. FFS.
Honestly this strategy probably would have worked when he was younger from his parents. That way, he wouldn't be such a narcissist. Begging for attention from literally everyone around him.
Tell Trump to call the person who wrote the article as a witness instead of grandstanding outside the courthouse where no is subject to cross examination or scrutiny.
"he is HOT" i legit wouldnt be surprised if fox news started to mean that in the way hasan and chat took it LMAO. his whole life of lies is just crumbling down and fox news is just like "trump committing crimes is so hot help"
It’s not really a victimless crime though. Any competitor he had, he was able to outbid and out compete using that fraud. He was able to buy up land at the expense of others who weren’t getting sweetheart loans.
Bro you do know the bank does their own valuation when providing a bank loan secured to property? They don’t just ask the owner how much it’s worth and take it at face value and give you a loan. Are you this thick?
@@buffalomowing1188 he won’t be found guilty of fraud you drip. Government agreed to the 18m valuation. If they had a problem with it they should have completed a new valuation on the property and claimed the new tax years ago. You can’t retroactively claim taxes on property when you didn’t do your job and follow the correct process to collect said taxes
What? Banks don't go on ppls word? They have their own ppl go out and estimate value of property. Trump agreed to THEIR terms. Who sues someone for bank fraud without the banks being involved with the lawsuit??? LoL.
Because no one stole money from the bank? Trump said his house is worth x, the bank does a valuation and says it’s worth y, based on y we will give you z loan. X has nothing to do with the loan transaction whatsoever. It’s like if you’re trying to sell a sentimental item to someone so you think it’s worth x but because the buyer won’t have the same sentimentality to the item it is in fact worth y.
22:33 she totally gave him this information. Look at her as he says it. Almost like a proud mother or teacher when their kid or student gets it right. Almost as if shes gonna say it along with him.
If I were Trump's lawyer, I'd bring one of those big briefcase-looking portable screens that you can use to play a PS4 or Xbox "on the go", and hook it up to a GIANT battery bank like the ones you use for going camping.
It was not a "victimless crime", because that inflation was in the bank's books and certainly affected the banks overall lending strategy. Basically, it reduced the chance for other businesses to get loans. It cannot go unpunished, because that would kill the entire loan market. All companies would now inflate assets in order to get cheap loans. So it will certainly get punished. (The part of the case that got dropped, was because of a technicality (statue of limitations) and is not important).
Trump should become McDonalds spokes person. He can easily make easy money to make MD commercials in high end confinement. Trump- "When I'm in court and I feel hungry. I like a good BigMac and for the ladies we have Fillet of Fish or McChicken sandwiches."
I love how Trump tries to assert that once civil trial has ground the justice system as a whole to a halt. Like, there are no cops working, no other prosecutors working, no other trials in all of New York working, all resources are in on this once civil trial.
A CPA firm's "Compilation" engagement is solely to create financial statements using client-provided data. This is much different than an Audit engagement.
Agree. Justice = never mind lying to banks, but make him pay back taxes on what he declared his properties are worth, plus appropriate fines for decades of defrauding the public.
Tax appraisal is fugazi. Many towns don't update these values regularly and only asses a %tax to collect the amount they want for their budget. Tax value on my home was 180k for a decade and shot up to 300K when they finally did a new assessment.
@@MajorasWrath1well she forgot to request a jury so she should focus on that instead of holding JoJo expressions. She’s a media personality and holding poses. It’s not that deep in this case.
