I am Buddhist so according to Buddhism there are two types of happiness. One is body happiness n consciousness happiness so we all need consciousness happiness.

true but in Nichiren Buddhism it is defined in relation to relative happiness vs absolute hapiness which is what is this video about. Absolute happiness can never be destroyed.

Happiness in Buddhism is the elimination of craving. Over coming stuff has nothing to do with it.

Interesting. This is a traditional buddhist view. But in essence, the elimination of craving is a craving in and of itself. No one can escape 'craving' or 'desire'. So what is happiness?

N there is a clear path to eliminate the craving,first you should crave tto eliminate other cravings then finaly craving for removing the craving will disapear automaticaly..

Nah, that's not happiness, that's resilience. Happiness is having good relationships with your family, friends, coworkers, and anyone in society. It's about human connection, not just yourself.
