Hi Eden, you did a nice one, great job. Hilbet is my favorite traditional food that I enjoy the most. I never know that hilbet can also be prepared/made from fava beans, probably this is common in Eriteria. I am not an expert but I heard (from my mom's) that the main ingredients are lentils and fenugreek plus some spices could be added. Also when you are coming to the end of whipping, how about adding garlic + green chili + some salt chopped together finely? It gives extra flavor, you could try it for yourself next time you preparing hilbet. Thank you very much for the video.

One thing I want to try in 2018 is making my own berbere. My grandma sends me some 2 times a year but I feel bad because she's getting older. Do you have a recipe for that? Thanks for the great tutorials!
