@@dogdixie5939 i use a regular dry hand towel to elevate my testicles with the cloth being tied above my pen for the elevated support. Sometimes I apply ice for around 10-20 minutes if it attempts to fill with fluid again. Fun note, if a male is able to properly manage their hydrocele, their sperm count is, as per my case, increased as the size of the testicle has increased.

How i managed my hydrocele and have stopped it from swelling and having it almost return to normal: In my case, I did not want to undergo surgery and what I did was wrap a cloth around the entirety of my scrotum and (elevate my testicles above their natural resting place) for the amount of time needed to make it stop occuring. I hope this helps every other male into the future.

Twin Brothers...we both had hydroceles...my left testicle and his was his right. Mine is about the same as an egg. His was about double and descended his testicle even further. He opted for surgery at age of 18. We were diagnosed with it at 15 years of age. He was bed ridden for 4 months(he opted for the external surgery, NOT for the abdominal). Later we are BOTH 35 and he has had a cyst on the top of his scalp and currently has a 8mm kidney stone. I did not opt for surgery due to it being smaller. I manage my condition. Most days I don't notice. Some days are brutal. The winters are difficult but I survive. If the hydrocele is causing noticeable stagnation, please go see a doctor and ask pertinent queetions. It is challenging to live with as I need to isolate myself and "Adjust" from time to time. Good Luck and I hope its not impeding his happiness. It is a challenging circumstance to say the least.

Been 8 years and still no affecting or pain. Just little problem riding bike. But if it doesnt hurt u r ok. M trying to go foreign country to work so now i m thinking of doing surgery
