It is one of the most common health problems around the world.
Around 1 in 4 adults in the UK have high blood pressure, and most of us don't even realise it!
The only way to find out if your blood pressure is high is to have your blood pressure checked- either doing it yourself, your local pharmacy / drug store or doctors.
