At the last, you talked about aliasing i.e each analog frequency component can't be uniquely mapped in the radian frequency domain. Therefore extracting out each analog frequency component for corresponding each different radian frequency or vice-versa is impossible. As, I believe each problem have some solution. So, Can you little bit explain more how to solve such problems Or what the different methods that we can learn in the DSP course to uniquely indentify each frequency component.

He was finding the poles of both the equations. To find the pole, you got to equate the denominator to zero and thus he found that result.

Why is the digital frequency between -pi to +pi? Do you have a link or some explaination sir??

It is repetitive in nature and the relation between these two is w = 2*pi*fs. You can increase the fs as much as you can but when you map it in a circle, it cover 2*pi only. It will repetitive in 2pi range i.e roaming around -pi to pi. As sine cosine or any trigonometric function do.
