1:13 the ip address mentioned here is incorrect, because in an octet the maximum range of an ip address is 0-255 but the second octet contains here 632. Hope you get my point :)

Sir, you may be facing this problem because background intelligent transfer service may be disabled in your computer. Right click on 'my computer' , then click 'manage' -> services and application -> services. select any service and press 'b' . 'Background Intelligent Transfer Service' would come -> double click -> startup type = AUTOMATIC -> start ->apply ->ok. Now, from the same set of services find 'windows firewall' - > startup type = AUTOMATIC -> apply -> ok. right click on 'windows firewall' -> start. this may solve your problem. Forgive me for the late reply.

Great job I’m not a computer science student nor am I in a field close to that . However teachers should be this smart to explain such things to ignorant in this domain like me instead of telling us to much English or French and at the end students understood nothing . But my question is , is Static IP address same as MAC address ??
