You seem like such a good man and your videos and way of talking actually reflects that. Thank you for these calming interesting videos for stationary, notebooks and all that kind of stuff we notebook nerds like!
Barry, what a great video. I really enjoyed listening to you talk about your passion for stationery. Thank you so much. Great images too of the different notebooks you showed us. Nick
I TOTALLY GET IT!!!! All this time I thought I was just weird. I love paper, the smell of it, the feeling. All writing tools I love and let's not forget the typewriters, a have about a dozen of those as well. Go ANALOG! Thank you for this Barry!
The Weird Analog Club! :)) Ah yes, typewriters - when I was about 10 years old, my neighbour was a typewriter fixer, and he taught me all about how they work, and gave me my first touch typing book. Fond memories. The typewriter sound is wonderful. Thanks for typing your comment :)
I just finished "this year's" notebook last week. Rather than buy another I decided to go threw my bin of yet to be used notebooks and found the perfect one to start the second half of this year. 😄
Decoration is Important! But, Construction is maybe more important. I like wirebound notebooks for certain situations. I am less inclined to use a thread bound notebook as they don't fold back and fit on my desk as well.
You definitely should consider it - it would be ideal for your voiceover work! As well as what I mentioned in the video, I use it most of the time for editing and recording scripts.
Excellent idea, thanks! And timely too, as I've been reading some lovely poems recently from the wonderful sister, Phillis Wheatley. So may indeed start with her. I don't have too many fountain pens at the moment, but certainly will showcase a number of other writing instruments that I thoroughly enjoy using :) Thanks again, brother!
