I just moved to Hercules California with my parents last year and I’m liking it so far but I don’t have any friends in Hercules California yet

People who know me know me is Uptown🤴🏿! I'm the main individual who start saying the downtown district, the Uptown District and all of these other terms that people are using now, it just shows the growth of a city, graduated from Pinole Valley High School 1999 2000, this June 14th of 2022 to just made twenty-two years out of high school I'm 40 Years of wisdom now

There aren't a lot of short sales because people have so much equity. If you know how much you qualify for, I can find something in your price range
