We have not enough words to express the appreciation on sharing this great documentary that makes many people to like and to know better the world of kois. Thanks indeed
I travel frequently to Japan because I am passionate about Japanese culture and I can say that after seeing your documentary, the approach to that culture is consolidated in all its nuances. I reiterate the pleasure of discovering such passionate people who dedicate so much attention to what they do. On the other hand I have my own land in San Marino (the oldest independent republic in the world inside the Italian land) and from tomorrow I decided to breed Kois. Subscribe again 👌🏻Thanks again 🙏🏻

it would be nice if you had more specifics about why some koi of same variety are considered "nicer" or "superior" to others of same variety. to me they all look amazing and beautiful :)
Thank you for giving us a glimpse of an amazing Koi experience and in a way Japan's culture as well. The way you arranged the segments and narrated the documentary made me feel I was there with you guys- National Geographic should hire you lol! I really enjoyed your film- it is relaxing and calming!
I have such a deep appreciation for Japanese culture. This amazing video and education into the world of Koi, has opened a whole new vista I could never have imagined. Also your detailed narration helped to really bring the visuals to a much higher level of understanding. I’ve been to Japan once, after seeing this video a return trip is a must. Thank you again. Great job. I’ve
There’s some lovely quality Koi’s there, I’m thinking of making a window koi pond in my garden and this vid has got me thinking of visiting some of the breeders in this vid, Keep up the top content
Going to Niigata to purchase koi and admire the beautiful harvest of koi, scenery and eat good food is one of my top bucket list! Koi lover in the house yo!
Hi Tia, yes I have! Thank you for this nice comment on my video! I hope you have enjoyed it. Breeding Koi is a art and some people forget for how many generations breeders try to breed the almost perfect koi. It is hard and that is also one of the reasons whye some koi are so exspensive. I wish you a nice weekend! Yvo
Beautiful fish. You video was well done and kept me interested all the way to the end without skipping through. Thank you for sharing your experience and the highlights of your trip.
Honestly this was a great video, while I didn't really know what breeds of koi where what, I enjoyed watching all the fish and how serious people in japan are about breeding koi and raising them. I think I'm going to watch this years japan video as well.

I see some are pointing out another company already made a similar video (Steve) However im really glad you made this. I cant get enough of Koi's in Japan.
cole moore Thank you! Sharing is caring ;) And I agree we need more Koi on RU-vid :). Especially when a documentary like Steve or mine is popular. I have made about 70 video’s from my last 3 Japan trips So I wanted to share a longer film like this for a longer time 😉 I hope that despite the same genre you have received some new impressions from Koi in Japan? Best Wishes from Holland. Yvo

I think your goldfish is like mine gold fish can grow big and on tank unlike koi...you really need a pond first for koi,,,but goldfish just feed it 4/5 times a day and be patient in cleaning they will grow big and fat
So the name is tamasaba i have 8 of those and they are bigger than my palm now do their tails grow longer???cause mine have grown long compare when i bought them
@@miguelgabiola9558 did you see my video? i have bought 4 with small tails and 1 with a longer tail, they are only young so i will see how they develop, i prefer the shorter tails
Omg!!! What an amazing trip, I would love to see all those beautiful Koi’s. Thanks for sharing! Koi’s are by far my favorite fish, I currently have one and I love everything about him.
