@@luckyswain1041 i would aslo suggest that you dont scratch the affected area too much as it may lead to more ittitation and further increase the risk of infection
these are all topical treatments. A lot of people report having systemic yeast problems. I would recommend if you are having a lot of trouble with jock itch that you try avoiding all carbohydrates and sugars and taking quality living probiotics.
Agree. Its the real cause of the problem for some so fixing from the root cause for permanent cure would be the best. Ive tried tropical treatment but its only a temporary relieve and i still have jock itch for more then 10 years plus. I tried intermittent fasting and reduce carbs intake and saw improvements.
I used the one remedy of apple cider vinegar and water. I used 50/50, it worked, no smelly inner thigh. I am in menopause and I sweat a lot. I apply it after shower, I let it dry, and then I apply body powder, and all is great now.
Cornstarch DEFINITELY helps, it draws the moisture right out of your skin! Works really well, however when you get a heavier fungal thing going it's not going to kill fungus but the moisture removed a damn good start . Works well for diaper rash also, and chaffing. Anyone that says I'm wrong def hasn't tried it or understands once you have a considerable amount of fungal takeover it may not curr it but it will make you feel 1000 times better down there.. your welcome.. Lol!!
after 30 years chasing a fix, I am now getting results with house hold disinfectant, a splash in a shallow bath, and use a cloth to get it every where, 3rd time was a charm, I will keep do it until it fails and change and wash bedding same

Wash the affected area in shower. Spray with bathroom cleanser containing chlorine bleach and rub around well. Wait one minute and rinse well. I have done this four times in the last 15 years. It always works. Cleanser is slightly warm on skin; no pain.
I used the lukewarm water and apple cider vinegar to wash the infected area and apply the mixture of coconut oil and vinegar to the area ..the results have been amazing and it’s been just two days Thanks much for the remedies 😁
I like these natural remedies. Most of them can be found in my Kitchen cupboard and are readily available. I don't like the use of expensive or ineffective medication if I can do it naturally. Thanks for the tips!

Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda of the finest sift, applied with your grandad's shaving brush will win you your life back from the deepest skin tissue levels. The whole lot out & gone.
A creme called Man1 Man Oil works very well on jock itch and other irritations down there. As long as it isn't a symptom of an STD.. this creme will get things back to normal quickly and safely. It is an awesome product. Definitely keep it in mind. Cheers.
Really effective ! I used the coconut oil /tea tree oil (added a few drops of apple cider vinegar) and in a couple days had great results - thank you!!
I used the Luke warm water with apple cider( I used white vinegar instead) and after rinsing it with the mixture I apply the coconut oil+vinegar mixture and I can see it's working already after 2 days
I had jock itch for about 2 months. I have just gotten over it. This was my daily routine: Morning: 1. Apple Cider Vinegar/Water (50/50) yes this will sting for the first week or so but worth it trust me. I just put some in my hand and dabbed it on. Let it sit for a few minutes then dry it completely with a hairdryer. 2. Aloe Vera Cream - again this will make it sting but its killing the bacteria. 3. Tinea Itch Cream Evening: 1. Apple Cider Vinegar/Water 2. Aloe Vera Cream 3. Canasten or Tinea Cream Things to do: 1. Clean private parts with soap in the shower daily or straight after exercise 2. Always dry your private areas with a hairdryer. 3. Continue using apple cider vinegar/water solution forever to continue killing any potential fungus that wants to come back. 4. Do not scratch no matter how itchy, this made my jock itch so much worse. 5. Use one towel to dry your body, use the other hand towel to dry your private areas. 6. Sleep without shorts or underwear on 7. Try to wear loose fitting shorts whenever you can and no boxers (maybe best only at home) 8. Try not to touch yourself in anyway that will flare up the sores. 9. Don’t panic, just follow my daily routine and it will clear up. Stick to it like your in the army! Trust me its worth it! 10. Don’t put shorts or boxers back on that you have already worn. Get some fresh ones on Good luck everyone!
Mix 2 tablets of neem with water and freeze the mixture in form of ice cubes then message twice daily take 2 neem tablets daily Keep the area clean and dry for 15-20 days if you have severe jock itch.... Avoid spicy fried food Eat light
Guys it doesn't work and it will harm and irritate your skin...best solution is to apply antifungal cream and take itraconazol tablet...if you will do any other things it will never heal...I hope someone finds this useful
Idk if it’s jock it’s or just my inner thighs rubbing or my underwear rubbing but what I do know is applying isopropyl rubbing alcohol burns like The Unholy hellfire!!! lol. Shouldn’t laugh but that was the first time since I was a kid I felt pain so bad to bring tears to my eyes and cause me to curl over in agony. I’ve broken bones, fractured spine, split my head open but applying rubbing alcohol topped them all. It Does help but that first time applying whoohoo!!! watch out lol.
@@kaeez idk been a long time but i remember it did work. It would burn like holy hell fire for about 10 maybe 15 seconds but afterward i would take a shower the next day would be fine. If i didnt do it it would get worse with every day i worked so i had a painful choice to make. Believe me not an easy one. Luckily it has been a long time since ive had that so. But that was probably to worst pain i have ever felt. Ive split my head open, broken bones but our body has a way of blocking that pain.
Does no one else notice she says teaspoon and the text says teaspoon, but she is using a tablespoon and doesn't notice when she can't stir the water and apple cider vinegar. And maybe jock itch causes a smell, but who wants to smell like apple cider vinegar?
Mobil 1 ,10 w 30 full synthetic works too. I'm serious. I dealt with it for over two years and nothing worked. I was broke and didn't have any ointment and needed relief. They say Vaseline works too. It smothered the fungus and it dried up and went away . There was some itching from the healing,I just put more Mobil 1 so the scratches didn't get reinfected. No more jock itch.
Jock itch is caused by the same fungus that causes athlete foot. Just go to your local pharmacy in the foot care section and look for the cream or other products for treating athlete foot. Sometimes those products actually tell you it will also treat jock itch. Try it for two or three weeks, and make sure you wash the infected area and change your underwear daily. Tell me if it works for you.
The vinegars and all that stuff involving water does NOT fully work because your jock will still get wet and you're not supposed to have a wet, humid area down there. Yes, vinegar has acid which is anti-fungal but your jock itch will just keep spreading more with it. Plus it HURTS like hell for a few minutes. See a dermatologist/skin doctor instead.
@@jaimebojorquez4595 occasionally and I just use pure white vinegar to get rid of the itchyness 😂. ofcourse I clean with water and soap right after vinegar didn't sting that much ..
benjamin yumul UPDATE: In the long run, I found coconut oil to be much less effective than a product that I discovered during a five-day stay in the hospital for cellulitis. It is Sween 24 Once a Day Moisturizing Body Cream. Phenomenal stuff. Try as I will, I cannot incite crotch itch even during long bike rides when I slather with this goo in the morning. The active ingredient is Dimethicone, 6%. I believe it is fairly common in cosmetic ointments; it contains lots of other stuff with long chemical names to drive the crotch bugs away.
I used the water and AVC trick, now I dunno if it worked, but my jock stings a lot and it feels more itchy after using it. Is this suupposed to happen??
I have a ringworm, but it's not causing itch or irritation. Would this solution help me get rid of it? And are ringworms linked to a yeast infection or could it be something else?
May i ask you how do you know that you have ringworm? my private parts itsching and i want to check, but i want to know it is is checked, if there is any test or just some guy called doctor watch it and says oh its ringworm. can you help me?
@@Moseshviligiorgi usually it forms a red itchy ring with a combination of dry skin around it. You should see a doctor if possible. This happened to me 6 years ago. I went to the doctor and I got prescribed medication (cream) for it.
