In JV, the owner gets 2 flats and some cash. For capital gain tax , whether cash amount will be taken or value of 2 flats also. Pl clarify.

Reply not clear. Land owner who enters in JV will get two or three flats as his share. In this case hhe does not buy any flats. Is GST payable in this case by the Land owner for the flats thus received? He only sells part of the land as UDS. Remaining ... retained land would change from full rights to UDS. Is there any registration involved for the Land owner for the flats he gets.

Flyash is really a good option to go... Now a days we are not getting chamber bricks... compare to red brick fly ash is better... I hav completed my new house all with flyash bricks...
